We cannot thanks Cera care enough for all the help we had when our Dad came home on palliative care.
The carers were amazing and the team at Cera Care listened to us and made sure that we had the same regular carers who knew exactly how to look after Dad.
We will always be grateful for the support during some very difficult times.

Called us out ro replace a lock that was damaged on a sunday night out of hours , 45mins sorted from taking the call , 6 weeks later chased them every week on what was ment to be paymwnt on completion and have been lied to every week that it will be paid , worst company ever for promising things they cant deliver avoid at all costs

I have two girls that come in regularly for me. They are brilliant and will do anything for you. One of them I have for an extra 3.5 hours a week to help me go anywhere or help me to tidy up and things like that. They are just the best people that I can begin to say without telling you their names and things like that

Excellent care, compassion and communication with my mother in law, her son and myself (daughter in law). The care providers know their clients personally and will if time allows sit and chat and go that extra mile…or 5 minutes. We are always informed of any issues involving the client very quickly. I already recommend this service to my friends who are also looking after their own parents.

The carers are very hard working, friendly and efficient. The only issue they face is the timing of calls, usually due to issues beyond their control. They are sometimes too late or early for meal times , or may have been delayed on a previous call.

Some of the carers are great and understand the needs of each client. They do the job with care and respect of each client. However there is a few that spoil that caring that should be given was and is expected. Including an incident when my aunt was unfortunately admitted to a care home because of her deteriorating health, and her last visit from your carer was appalling , unkind, disrespectful,bullying and humiliating to my aunt.

Thank you to all carers who have provided care and support to my Mother, Janet in Ashby-de-La-Zouch for the past 2 years, with special thanks to Jasmine and Megan! Thank you also to local office staff, especially Jo and Michelle who were always professional and extremely helpful when I called. I would highly recommend this service provider for anyone requiring help and support in their own home. Thank you.

Both myself and my mum have a good relationship with her normal carer's. Sometimes problems occur when different carer's go ,mum does not know them and they don't know her needs,and this worries her.

The carers who come to me are kind, caring. Able to have a nice chat to them and laugh too. Can cheer you up, especially if you've had a bad day. Help if they can with anything may need doing.

Excellent all round service including outdoor office back up

On changing from previous care providers, Cera Care arbitrarily changed my call times and stopped my visits to my elderly confused mother, because they " were too busy during the changeover period".

All the main carers mum has are very efficient and caring. They go out the way in many ways . Would like to thank them for the good service they provide

This company has been looking after my nan. We live in Rhyl and never heard of this company in Colwyn Bay but its the Best thing we ever did was make this move for the carers to come and see my nan. She is able to live comfortably in her own home. She has a carer called Az that she really likes. She says hes a lovely young lad and he always gives her respect. The other carers are brilliant with my nan too. They are all professional. If it wasnt for them then my nan would not be able to be at home. Thankyou to the management team that accepted to have my nan and thankyou to all of the amazing carers out there.
