Would not recommend, avoid at all costs!!!

I absolutely love this app. I can look at it whilst at work and have peace of mind that my mum is ok or not or has had a shower or what mood she’s in. It’s just brilliant and the care team that look after her and write in the summary are amazing a majority of them give good information which makes me very happy.

The App used is very good it shows times carers arrive and leave.
Good full write up of what has been done to care for loved one. Always know which carers are coming .
Carers are so good and engage with my 50yr old son with Huntingtons.
Many times they stay much longer or call or text me when they feel my son is unwell, poorly or in need of doctor.
Sad if they are not paid travel time as traffic can be dire during school term.!!.

Kelsie a carer from colwyn bay branch, was brilliant with my mother the other day!
My mother doesn’t have carers but decided the other day to bring her shopping in herself when I usually do this when I arrive. Kelsie who was just passing by out of kindness, stopped during work to help assist my mum. This made my mothers week and none stop talking about it to people:)
Very rare to find people who care like that, kelsie deserves to go far in the job she’s very professional and very patient for her age!

The care for our mum has been wonderful.

The company do their utmost to accommodate all your requirements and the actual carers are very friendly and pleasant people who do their very best to provide the care needed. More often than not they call within the time window scheduled. Considering some clients may need additional attention during some visits I think they do extremely well with their punctuality.
The app is a nice touch too.

Carers are good but are usually late. Optimistic scheduling or staff shortages I don't know.
The management are responsive to requests so overall happy with the service.

Most important thing is that mum is happy with the care she receives carer's are always polite and kind to mum. Also if I have needed to ring with any worries or queries the staff have been friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble.

The feedback from your carers is invaluable via the app, places my mind at rest understanding how my dad is day and night. Thx

On the whole, a very good experience. The carers are excellent, lovely people and they really care. It would be good if they could be given travel time, because I fail to understand why it seems acceptable to expect them to use their own time to travel between clients. It would also be useful if the times of the visits were a little more apposite to the actual appointment, eg a breakfast call can be any time between 8.45 and 10.45. But as I said, the actual care is excellent and a very high standard.

Once again I can’t praise Cera Care highly enough and want to Thank Zoe and team of carers, especially Murray, for such a seamless transition for my father after his recent hospital stay, so professional and caring I don’t know what i would do without them always 10/10 PERFECTION. If there was an award for best carers Cera Care would win everytime.

Carers have been helpful and caring looking after our mum

I have been working for Apex Prime Care Brighton branch for nearly three years now and I am very happy that I got the chance to be part of this brilliant team!!! The people in the office are just amazing in all aspects of their role! The support we are receiving from Paula, Shakira and Kim are beyond measurable!!! They are also willing to always go an extra mile to support and help all our service users! I will be always grateful to work in this fabuluos company and with this amazing colleagues!!!

Cera Grampian have been excellent all round, in caring for my mum. The carers go above and beyond the call of duty in their warmness, professionalism and communication. Whilst the office have handled any queries or requests really well, helping best they can when required.

Caracare is very reliable, always listen to what the client needs, responds quickly and office staff / management has regular check ins. It is very well run. We have benefitted from Ceracare for many years.

Sam is so helpful and all the carers from Cera care so kind, thoughtful, and professional with Steve my son, giving him a better quality of life , can’t praise Cjay enough for all his help

I have had care from Cera carers for over two years. They visit four times a day to assist with personal care.
They even go that extra mile when called in an emergency. They have come very quickly and hoped to sort out
the problem with respect and dignity.
They reassured my husband.
Showing compassion, kindness and understanding are very important in giving care.

Ceracare (Ellon Branch, Grampian) began providing morning care for my mum who is almost 90 over a year ago. My husband and I share a house with my mum and we have provided all her care since 2023. The morning care, therefore, that Ceracare provide every day is really important to us and to my mum. The girls that come are just lovely, they take time with mum and chat to her the whole while they are here. I get some good chats with them too and we have formed good relationships with them all. As well as the care for mum, Ceracare also provide 3 hours respite care every Saturday so that me and my husband can spend some time out of the house together seeing grandchildren and other family members.
Sometimes the morning times can be a bit erratic but we understand how difficult it can be to provide this sort of care. If there ever is any real problem, I can phone the office in Ellon and they will sort things out.
For us it is a great service with really great people 😊

We hit the jackpot managing to organise care from CERA CARE GRAMPIAN for family member the introduction process was so straightforward no awkward questions to answer just the usual info was required and what times care was required for her everything was agreed in a short time the carers started the following day & each & everyone who has been providing care has gone above & beyond with their very caring attitude towards the client nothing is to much bother to any of them but this company from managers to carers are so good at making the client feel at ease when entering the property & they interact with her while doing their work always ask if there's anything else needed before they leave we are really lucky to have found this superb company keep up the great work CERA CARE (Simply the Best)
