Misleading
I took and iq test which I believe to be 50p,i was in total shock when I looked on my bank account to find £39 pending. I feel this was very misleading as I only took the test thinking I only had to pay 50p. Really disappointed!!
At no point did I agree to pay 39.90. I have also sent various emails to them asking for proof of payment that I agreed to which you have not sent me. You took 50p out of my account which I agreed to, but at no point did I agree to 39.90. I would like a refund please. I haven't even downloaded the certificate,or given a reference number.

Why have you taken 39.50 from my account? I have never signed up with you? How dare you help yourself to my money. Absolute scam. Update, they are refusing a refund, despite no email stating I had entered in to any contract, or any link inviting me to create an account on their website. They have taken 3 payments from my card, which I have had to cancel to prevent them taking further monies. They are an absolute disgrace, and I am not sure this is legal. Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Rip Off At It's Worst
Took a test for 50p. Then two days later charged £39.99 which I hadn't authorised. Total scam. I phoned them and told them I hadn't authorised payments. They told me I had signed up for two years. This isn't true. They told me then it was in the small print. Do not trust this company. Now £39.99 down which I can ill afford.

Scamming small print. Paid £39.90 and was not refunded!!
I paid 50p for my test result, unaware that I was actually being charged for a subscription and was charged £39.90. I called them as soon as I noticed on my credit card bill but was told I could not be refunded because my trial date had elapsed. Such a scam..
Also your reply to my review is basically saying “Thank you but we do not care because we have your money”.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Paid what I believed as a one of payment of 50p for an IQ test along side my partner for us to both wake up this morning with £120 missing from our account for a subscription we DID NOT sign up to. Even charging my partner twice for one “subscription on one account” make it make sense.
Absolutely fuming, called and emailed to claim refund and been nothing but useless with a women who I can politely only describe as rude and then hung up on me as didn’t want to deal with me request!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
UPDATE- was finally refunded after several calls and emails back and forth.

Very dirty tactics these guys use. They make it look like you are only paying 50p but they secretly sign you up to a monthly subscription which you are not aware of. It's written at the bottom in very small writing and not clear at all. Avoid this company, clearly a scam.

What a scam
What a scam. "Pay 50p now to see your results" then they take 40 quid a month from there on. Absolute robbery. Companies like this should be banned.the email they send you goes straight in your spam folder because this company is spam. And then from there on they hold your card details and continue to take 40 pounds every month from there on.

Charged for a subscription not signed up to
I, like others have been charged £39.50 for a subscription I did not buy. I did 1 test which charged me £0.50 but after that they charged me £39.50 again.
I did not signup to this. I don't know how they can just charge me without setting up my account? I have emailed the contact to see if they will refund me. If I do I will update this review.
Update: refund received after a bit of begging, so thank you.

DON'T MAKE THE FCKNG TEST
After you filled out all the questions, you have to pay EUR 0.50. Few days after that, they will debit you EUR 39.40. It is a subscription trap to their "premium service". They will refuse to pay you back of course. I guess I can substract 20 from my IQ for typing in my fckng credit card.

J'ai vous ai également envoyé cette même demande par mail, qui est restée sans réponse depuis plus de 4 jours.
Cette escroquerie ne restera pas impunie. J'irai jusqu'au bout pour faire valoir mes droits.
