Diagnosing the part that I needed was very simple and very quick and recommended to me was putting the post and delivered to me the gentleman and I spoke to actually took me through how to take the chair apart without the tool just using a shockwave from a hammer have to say it was absolutely brilliant, and I would recommend this organisation to just about anyone

Shopping with the Chair Clinic was great. I was looking to get new pads for the armrests on my desk chair at home, and couldn't get them from the original supplier of the chair. It seemed silly to throw the entire chair away so I shopped around.
I didn't know what I was looking for so as I was browsing on the Chair Clinic page when the chat popped up asking me if I had any questions I asked them how I would know which kinds of pads I need. The guy (girl?) on the chat asked me for pictures of the armrests (including how it was attached) and he was able to link me to the exact armrests I needed (you apparently can't change out the pads alone on this kind). This is absolutely stellar service as I had no idea which one to go and might have spent an hour browsing with very little idea of which one to choose.

The new armrests arrived promptly and they were easy to fit. I can't recommend these guys enough.
