Would absolutely recommend
Truly fantastic service. Hadn't a clue what I was doing but the website and videos made it clear what I needed and how to do it. The chair lift came quickly and was well packaged, and when I realised I'd make a mistake (due to my own stupidity) I called up and they were super helpful and talked me though what to do to make things right and avoid buying any more parts unnecessarily. Would absolutely recommend. My nice squishy office chair now lives again for a fraction of the cost of a replacement.

New Gas Chair Cylinder.
Chair kept on sinking and so I bought a new gas cylinder. Contacted company to make sure I ordered the right size. Watched YouTube videos on how to fit cylinder. Fitted item myself.

Class 4 gas strut for office chair
I queried the diameter of the inner spindle described as 10mm. Chair Clinic replied within 20 mins to on line chat, explained that the 10mm strut in fact had an 8mm shoulder where it fits into a 5 arm base - which is the commonly found size. I placed the order Tuesday morning and courier delivered Wednesday lunchtime. Good and helpful service. Thanks.
