To be short and very bitter, I loved gaming here shortly after signing on to their sister site Punt.com. Made it to a silver VIP level. Spent tons of money and made tons more. Did tons of referrals. Then suddenly, my account is suspended and they are under no obligation to tell me why and so nearing a year I’ve been attempting to regain the ability to play. I figured at the very least get an explanation and redeem my earned/won SC. (161.45SC). They aren’t giving me a reason. They say it can’t be done manually and go silent when it comes to redeeming my winnings. I cannot understand. Pretty upsetting to put it very, very mildly. That’s terrible customer service for a Platinum VIP member. It’ll be a year in August 2026 since the random suspension of my account. Them and Punt, it’s maddening.

I have played on a lot of social casinos including Stake, Modo, mcluck, just to name a few and have wagered over
3 million sc on these platforms, however the best hands down by far is Chanced…

All the other sites I have to wait days for my payouts, and on chanced it is instant up to a certain limit, and literally next day for over limit.

Not only that , I have a vip host with three of the sites and my host on Chanced (Po) is the best one of all. He is responsive, makes sure I know about daily bonuses or discounts, is able to provide detailed account information and makes my playing experience 1000 times better.

I have decided to close my other accounts on competing sites and just use Chanced from now on solely because of Po.

I am a hosted vip player and there are barely any comped SC or freespins usually just contests with a limited number of places that if you dont see in the first 5 minutes and thats if you know when they are posted they are already gone or unavailable and only have 15 or 20 places out of how many thousands of people I think that vip should have personal rewards and not 10 spins for 10 cents a spin on a weird game when I have spent almost 130k a hundred and thirty thousand dollars and I have to win the free spins from a promotion. But that being said i enjoy the games and customer service and my host have always been polite and as helpful and done everything in their power to make my experience as good as they are allowed to and they are great and I want to thank them for that.

I’ve been given my weekly rewards for playing which was $76 and I won 100SC in free spins, and not one time did a bonus spin populate. Yesterday and today, I’ve spent $1500 and how many times did a bonus generate, 3 times and didn’t win anything over $75. Do not play on this site. I’m done.

Chanced has become a regular was of how I relax and have some fun a few times a week. Before I finally tried it, I was really skeptical of ‘sweeps casinos’, so I’m writing this rather long review of Chanced in particular to provide a review after months of consistent use. If you want the TLDR, here it is:

No it’s not a scam. The games are real, the RTP is fair, and yes, you can redeem SC to your bank account. And yes, you can absolutely win huge sometimes… BUT… Just like a real casino, the most common outcome is losing your money.

For those that want a deeper dive, I’m breaking this into parts… A) The Games & Customer Service, B) The outcomes & reality & C) Withdrawing/redeeming SC for USD.

Games & Service: The sheer variety of games is pretty amazing… more than a casino honestly (note I didn’t say better, I said MORE). From hundreds of ‘slot’ games (many different types too) and traditional table games to really unique ‘racing games’ there’s something for everybody… There are both computer driven and live dealer options for everything from craps & blackjack to a guy in a funny suit spinning a ‘price is right’ style wheel that can land on fun games. They’re also one of the few ‘Sweeps Casinos’ I know of that has a real VIP program very similar to loyalty/comp programs at a traditional casino, including a rakeback… and if you play enough they’ll actually assign you a VIP Host… an actual real human who you can talk to about rewards you like, etc.

This is obviously an ‘industry’ with a lot of shady sites and a ton of scams… If you’ve ‘total scam’ comments on reddit or other sites and are hesitant, don’t be. Those comments are usually from folks who are upset bc they lost money… gambling lol.

This brings me to my final couple points, the first I will make as bluntly as both basic math & most of the good Youtube influencers remind their viewers all the time:

If you gamble long enough, you are going to lose… Period.

So for most of us that gamble a lot it comes down to bankroll management, enjoyment & perks, and understanding volatility. To give you a sense of Sweeps Casinos, I’ll share my experience. If you put in $100 and bet $1 per spin, you can lose that money in less than 10 minutes… easily. Or somtimed, spend the next hour or two up and down… or very rarely, hit it big for 100X to way over 20,000X your wager. Yes… bet 1SC get $20SC. Don’t believe me? I get it… I didn’t either. All I can say is that I’ve been playing on chanced for the last 6 months or so and while I’ve never hit a 20,000X+ win, I have hit dozens of 1000X jackpots and recently hit my 2nd 5,000X+ bonus (biggest was over 8KX).

With that said, make no mistake, I’ve deposited a lot too. Just like gambling in a physical casino, you can hit terrible cold streaks. I know I have & if you play long enough anywhere… you will too, KNOW YOUR LIMITS. Chanced offers multiple self-assessment & self-exclusion options.

Redeptions/Withdrawals: The other topic people complain about online is the ‘redemption process’ aka withdrawing after a win. Look, if you deposit $40 then win $20 on your first spin and try to withdraw, you can’t. Bc of transaction fees, costs, etc, you have to ‘spin thru’ some % of your purchase before you can withdraw (WD) and yes, the minimum WD is $100. If you think that’s unfair, that’s fine… don’t play.

That said, I was super skeptical about withdrawing in general too…So much so that when I hit it big for the first time, I didn’t even get that excited bc I assumed there was no way they’d actually deposit thousands of $ right back on my debit card. I was pretty shocked when the money hit my account less than 25 hours after requesting the withdrawal.

Now that I’m an established user, when I withdraw, it’s usually in my bank account within minutes.

Chanced is a great game to play and the VIP host are absolutely amazing fast and smooth response time and very connected and eager to learn about there players !!

Be very careful here, the bet amounts are set automatically to be higher than the minimum and not all games have the same amounts, so it can be confusing. I was playing 50 cents trying to learn the games and one of them charged me $50 a spin instead of 50 cents and they obviously didn’t care or help. Hard lesson… keep an eagle eye on the amounts.

1st of all I love Chanced! I've never had one issue with them , customer service and all . Second of all I have the best host in all of Chanced , Po is always responsive and always kind and makes me feel valued as a VIP player . 10 out of 10 would strongly recommend!!!
