Doing a redemption was quite stressful. I had to seek help. And even then, I had to go through quite a mess. You should be able to redeem your money the same way you can add money. Should be a two way street.

I do like the site but have had issues with customer support. I had been emailed an offer and the purchase was denied multiple times. Customer service indicated they could do nothing to help or compensate me for the inability to take advantage of the free 150 for purchase of 300.
