In case the User does not wish to disclose their identity for certain reasons and refuses to undergo the KYC/AML procedure, ChangeHero has the right to terminate the exchange and the deposited funds are then transferred back to the initial address the deposit was made from, subtracting the network fee and ChangeHero operational fee in amount of 10% from transferred assets but not less than 100 USD equivalent.
THATS MEAN they can tell anything even if you provide KYC they can tell you its not right documents as they did to me and refund you 10% less.
STAY AWAY! REPORT IF YOU HAVE BEEN FALL TO THIS TOO!

I was using their site for the very first time and started a trade of 200k usdt to Btc, and suddenly they put the transaction on hold then, they will ask you for photo ID verification even, if you send your photo id, they ask you for your source of fund and in case you want to cancel the trade so you can cut the hassle. They will charge 10 percent fee from your own money. So I paid 20,000 usdt to them for free . They are the scammers Based out of Hongkong.

Your transaction was stopped for a KYC check-up by our security system in compliance with our Terms of Use. The details regarding the procedure are fully presented on our Website and in the Terms of Use themselves. By creating a transaction on our service you agree to our Terms of Use. If the customer refuses to fully undergo the standard security procedure, the rule that is stated in paragraph 3.7 rule comes into effect, namely:

Unfortunately, you have chosen the incorrect network. We expected to receive CRO on the ERC20 network, not Cronos. Please always pay attention to the required network. We do not support payments on Cronos, so we will be able to neither process the funds nor make a refund. We will store this case and when this network is supported we will be able to make a refund.
Please also note that according to our Terms of Use 3.5 (https://changehero.io/terms-of-use) such operation may be charged with an additional 50 USD transaction fee. In your case, the amount of the deposit is lower than this fee, so that is why we are not able to make a refund right now.

AVOID!!! I used Changehero via Swapzone. They show an offer, but then give you substantially less. After waiting for the exchange, the price of the token I was swapping did not increase beyond .4466, yet they gave me the number of tokens that represented .4520. The token NEVER reached this price during the transaction. Don't be fooled!!! Never using them again. To changehero: contact swapzone for ID, I won't deal with you. You guys are changeTHIEVES, not changeHERO.

lost 10% of my deposit
After the exchange sent me to verify the account. I was not warned in advance about any verification or limits. When I refused to go through, they responded by withholding 10% of my deposit. Such amateurism does not meet any of the regulatory and anti-money laundering rules that I am aware of.
They don't answer to the law or to customers and you can lose your money at any time and no one will help you with that.
The rules of their work were invented by them independently and do not meet the requirements of the law. There is no guarantee of safety if you use the services of such a service. you are not protected from such incidents.
