Amninah was amazing in assisting me with the booking of our three mini buses. She was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Our three drivers, Joe, Catrissa, and Milakas were punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me so that guests were bever waiting more than a few min for a ride. It was a wonderful experience for all involved.

Our driver was punctual and the bus was confortable while getting us to and from our destination.

This worked well, I think next year we need to have a bit more clarity before the event though.

Our bus driver Mark was the BEST!!!!

Worst part was that the microphone didn’t work and we had a tour guide hop on for one of our days. I had to buy a small karaoke machine because our bus was full of older ladies!!!!!

Bus driver was on time and kept in constant communication. The ride was smooth going and coming from destination. Will definitely book again. Overall, from the booking process to the actual day, everything went amazing. Michael and Jonathan were very attentive and might I add the charter itself was very affordable. What I love the most is that you get to track your charter and stay in direct contact with the driver.

Driver was right on time waiting for us. Bus was clean and beautiful. Did smell a little like pee in the back by the bathroom

Buyer beware!!!! Charter up "brokers" out the transportation companies. They do not guarantee the quality of the bus provided or even the condition of engine . June wedding 20 people on board, no air conditioning and bus could not go over 20 mph in a posted 45 mph zone. Complete run around when presented these issus to company after the event .
I will not be using them again and would not recommend anyone else to use them for your transportation needs .

I was traveling with high school students for a summer competition out of state. Gp Singh communicated with me and was polite and reassuring, met us at the airport baggage claim area to help us get to the bus, was very thoughtful and had the AC running and put the radio on for the kids, and was an excellent driver. He was patient when kids ran late and really went above and beyond.

Mr. Wei was on time—in fact, he arrived early, which was very much appreciated. He was respectful, professional, and made sure all of our needs were met. He’s an excellent driver, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip.

Mr. Wei definitely deserves 10 stars! I hope I’m lucky enough to have him as my driver again when I plan my next business trip in August. Thank you for always making my daycare trips safe, smooth, and successful!

Both of the drivers we had were great and very helpful! They navigated the city with ease and gave us a peace of mind getting us to our hotel from the airport. The traffic was crazy but they did a great job getting us to our destination.

The entire team was very responsive, easily reached, well organize, and patient with a variety of changes that I had to make. Our guests were very pleased with the service.
