Check challenge appeal carried out an inspection for us in January and in less than a month we received a credit from the council for £1229. We are expecting even bigger reductions this year

As small business owners we get daily calls, generally from overseas call centres, from people claiming to be called 'Dave' not wanting to sell us anything and we hang up.
This time and this call came from a UK based company and, unusually, I listened and agreed to a visit.
A little chap arrived, had a quick chat and look around. I signed an agreement and off he went.
Several weeks later I got confirmation of a refund and it's in the bank.
What else can I say, sometimes it's worth a listen.
