I have dealt with several mortgage companies for home buying and refinancing over the last five years. I have often felt nervous and confused because mostly they were not helpful, patient or straightforward. Some were outright rude. So, when I was searching for a new mortgage company to refinance my property, I was praying to finally find one that is genuine, honest, and patient in answering my questions and explaining the terms of potential loans. Cheerlending LLC seemed to answer my prayers! Dallin Wright contacted me immediately after I submitted my request. He clearly described how the process would work and patiently explained the line-by-line items and numbers on the loan terms. Right away, I was put at ease when talking on the phone to Dallin by his kindness, patience and willingness to listen to what I was looking for. He regularly updated me on where we were in the process. Then he introduced me to his assistant, Aaron Glassford, to help with my papers and documents. Aaron too was genuine, honest and patient in every step of the process. At the closing, Dallin explained to me the line-by-line items and numbers on the closing disclosure. The experience was seamless and professional. I feel the need to spread this review to everyone out there who looking for a mortgage company. Cheerlending LLC is the best company out there and with Dallin and Aaron on your side, you will feel at ease. I highly recommend Cheerlending LLC and will use them again on any future loan.

My team, Nate and Marina, were excellent. My experience with them was fast and everything that they said they could do for me they did. They made appointments for the next meeting after each time we talked and kept on top of the process updating me every step of the way.
