Shipping was crazy. They told me they 'd call me to set up a day instead. Not explanatory on the intricate details. I don't think I can blame that on China

I ordered what I thought to be a new 20…
I ordered what I thought to be a new 20 drawer storage unit for a parts room, When it arrived it was on a metal skid without any packaging, full of dirt, drawer slides were rusty and it had multiple scrapes on it. This unit looked like it had been sitting in a field for an extended amount of time. When I contacted customer support they told me they would have it picked up and after that I could request a new unit. I called to arrange a new unit and after I explained the issue was told they would refund my money as the yard they are stored in has no inside storage and they couldn't guarantee the one I would receive would be any better.
