If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called real estate company is nothing but a nightmare waiting to happen. I followed every step they asked, provided all necessary documents, gave notice to my landlord, rented a moving truck, arranged labor, and transferred my utilities—only for them to stab me in the back at the last minute.
After 21 days of waiting, when I was finally ready to sign the lease, this unprofessional excuse for an agent, “Beth,” suddenly changed the terms. She claimed my lease would have to be extended for another 12 months after the end of the first lease period instead of allowing a month-to-month option there after. Fine, I agreed. But that wasn’t enough for her. Instead, she went on a bizarre, emotional tirade, insisting she’d have to check with the owner—only to return minutes later saying, “The owner doesn’t feel comfortable moving forward with you.”
What kind of scam is this?! We were already approved, followed everything they required, and were fully ready to move in. Yet at the very last moment, they pulled the rug from under us, leaving my family homeless and scrambling for a place to stay. We now have to store all our belongings and live in a motel thanks to their deceitful, heartless behavior.
Beth’s attitude was aggressive, rude, and blatantly discriminatory from the moment we walked into the office. Her body language and facial expressions made it clear she had no intention of working with us. She treated us as if we were criminals instead of properly treating us with the proper customer service. The level of blatant racism and unprofessionalism she displayed was disgusting. I doubt she even spoke to the owner—I believe she just wanted to push us out for her own reasons.
To make matters worse, they stole my $80 application fee and refused to return it. SCAMMERS! They gladly took our money and wasted our time.
Not to mention, they have also been scamming the current tenant who is not living there. Just because they broke their lease they are killing the time to not rent to another person and are comfortable to collect rents from the previous tenants. It looks like the previous tenant was there for only few months.
Now, thanks to their deception, my family is financially, emotionally, and psychologically damaged. I am warning everyone: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest, manipulative, and will leave you stranded.
Beth, if you’re reading this: shame on you. You are a disgrace to this industry.

You left a review on a company that you didn't work with, we never worked with you and don't do rentals or leasing and no one works with our company named Beth. I am sorry for your experience with another company and hopefully you can leave a review on the correct company site. There are a lot of scams out there but unfortunately we have never worked with you.
