After a delayed delivery I cancelled my order, tried cancelling through the company numerous times with no response then Wowcher was able to help and confirmed they’ll refund, then the mattress was attempted to be delivered so I refused delivery, 3 days later I’ve got another text they are going to deliver the mattress. I DONT WANT IT. Left lots of voicemails and sent emails to cancel this order. The delivery company they use is also impossible to contact. I am fed up and genuinely looking to take this further if this doesn’t get resolved. UPDATE : they’ve replied apologising for a delayed delivery! Clearly not responding to my order cancellation or reading my emails

ordered a memory foam bed through wowcher sent me an open coil bed, emailed them as wowcher told me to and they said to return it for a refund. only problem is it is about 80 quid for a courier to collect. they have said to wowcher it is the bed advertised which it isnt and then found the bed sent to me on wowcher for less money, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMSTERS

The mattress was brought through Wowcher and it is of very poor quality. I received the same mattress as the lady who also left a bad review and I am being told it is fine and how it is meant to be the mattress is awful and springs can be felt straight through now I am also struggling to get my money back. To make matters worse they have told me I can return the mattress, they haven’t spoken about a refund and also unsure as to what they would like me to sleep on in the mean time. The mattress was retailing at £999.99 it is not even worth £50.

As others have said, total scam.
Ordered a "extra thick 13-zone gel memory foam mattress". Couldn't be further from the item that arrived. A thin, lumpy, open coil mattress barely fit for an animal. No response from Chester & Oakley / That Mattress / who knows how many other names they trade under to avoid people seeing reviews.
Wowcher have been useless in helping, long delays between communication, blocked my credit card providers request for a chargeback. So I am left significantly out of pocket, with a mattress I couldn't even give away in good conscience. All quotes to have the mattress sent back via courier, aren't financially viable. Will be reporting to trading standards. Please don't fall for this scam.
It's disgusting that wowcher are complicitly scamming people out of their money and continuing to allow this mattress to be sold.
I originally purchased in November 2024 and this is still an ongoing and unresolved dispute.

Advertised a mattress as 25cm thick and medium firm, what arrived was a 17cm mattress that is floppy and so soft you can feel the springs.
Communication is shocking and they copy and paste the same reply refusing to acknowledge photographs that shows it's not as advertised, then just stop responding all together.
