I would give this a 0 if you could, best advice is to avoid this company. No reasoning they have sent a dirty smelly mattress with the springs seeming out as if it’s years old and have offered to swap it out but guys honestly do not buy because you wouldn’t even be able to sell these products. They also should be reported to trading standards as they are advertising these as RRP £599 and I do not believe that at all. The company are disgusting robbing peoples money and sending absolutely poor quality items like this, i will be taking this further.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSS. ORDERED DOUBLE DIVAN BED, MATCHING HEADBOARD AND MATTRESS THROUGH WOWCHER. WHEN IT ARRIVED THE HEADBOARD AND BED BASE WERE THE WRONG COLOUR. THE MATTRESS A DIFFERENT COLOUR AGAIN. I EMAILED AND SENT PICS TO DELIVERY COMPANY (PREMIER) WHO REARRANGED COLLECTION/DELIVERY OF NEW BED. WHEN PREMIER ARRIVED THEY ONLY BOUGHT A MATTRESS TO EXCHANGE (THE ONLY THING IN CORRECT COLOUR) SENT THEM AWAY. SPOKE TO WOMAN AT PREMIER WHO AT FIRST WAS IGNORING ALL MY REQUESTS FOR HER NAME. SHE ASKED IF I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW! SHE FINALLY SAID IT WAS JESSICA ALTHO IM DUBIOUS TO BELIEVE THAT WAS CORRECT. ANOTHER REARRANGED PICK UP /DELIVERY NUMBER 3!! WHICH IN TURN IS ANOTHER UNPAID DAYS LEAVE FROM WORK! WHEN THE THIRD EXCHANGE TURNED UP IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME WRONG COLOUR AGAIN! YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP! I GAVE UP AND TOLD THEM TO COLLECT THE WHOLE THING, TAKE IT AWAY AND GIVE ME A REFUND. THE 4TH AND FINAL COLLECTION WAS ON 15TH DECEMBER 2022 AND I FINALLY GOT MY REFUND YESTERDAY 11TH JANUARY 2023 AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS!

I bought 2 double divan beds from Wowcher but didn’t read the reviews until after I’d redeemed my voucher (it turns out I could have easily cancelled the order with Wowcher if I hadn’t redeemed). I was horrified when I read the reviews and tried to cancel. It wasn’t an easy process but then decided to leave it as I caught the flu! I had text messages to choose a delivery date (I was a bit sceptical at first clicking on the link from a company called Premier but it was ligit). The beds arrived on 06/01/2023. They company contacted me the day before to confirm a time, I also got text message confirmations. Our delivery slot was between 7am and 11am and the guy turned up at 10am. He was polite and helpful. There was only one delivery driver so we took the beds upstairs ourselves. I was dreading looking at the beds but was pleasantly surprised! Nowhere near as bad as the reviews. Are they top quality? Absolutely not but perfectly functional as a divan. You get what you pay for. There was 3 small rips on the bed base fabric but this was on the bit that pushed together so couldn’t see it. They were light to manoeuvre and relatively easy to put together (use a rubber mallet to do the feet as much easier and we needed to cut into the tarp-like material to clip the bed together). For the price, they’re great - it’ll do a job. The drawers work well & they look good. We’ve already ordered new mattresses as I wasn’t expecting it to support a soft toy at this price but, again, they’ll actually do until the new ones arrive. If you sit on the mattress it flattens down but lying on them is surprisingly comfortable. I did shop around for the divan bases & headboards and still couldn’t get them under the price of these. Given my expectations after reading the reviews, I’m pleasantly surprised and would buy them again.

Do not buy their glass tables they are a safety hazard.
The top has shattered leaving shards all over our garden.
Poor quality, cheap and dangerous.
They will not do anything about it.

The worst customer service ever. Bought two sets of beds, 2 mattresses and bed side tables. Came to the day of delivery said that it will arrive just after 5pm the delivery article at 10pm. When unloaded the order notice that mattress were the wrong one than i have ordered and when unpacked the boxes noticed the beds side table were the wrong ones. Its has now been 3weeks and still waiting for the response from the manager as to when they will fix my order. They don't want to take the responsibility they are blaming the manufacturer. The manager are not picking up the phone. Just a totally rubbish service.

beware poor quality items with 6 months warranty. staff are unhelpful and rude. managers don't call back. the bed broke just out of warranty they won't do anything and don't acknowledge consumer law

Bought a ratten garden set for £699.95 through there eBay ljinteriors .
Set has rusted all over causing metal work to break , refusing any sort of refund or replacement . Avoid at all cost . All the money for not even one summers use .

Ordered and paid for 10inch medium firm memory foam mattress super king size. I received a 7 inch poor quality double mattress. They won't refund me and Instead They want to charge me more to upgrade to what I originally ordered. Steer well clear. Living social/wowcher have took a back seat too I'm done

Website stated garden furniture was in stock. Ordered it for £750 and told it would be delivered - heard nothing. No delivery. No email stating there was a problem. Phone number doesn’t connect. Looks like a sham company.

I never write reviews but after reading all the negative reviews I felt I had to. I ordered a crushed velvet double divan bed via Wowcher. And stupidly only read reviews after ordering it so was very sceptical. I have to say I am really impressed. The delivery date they gave me was no good and I had to reschedule so I emailed the company. Wasn't expecting much but they were very prompt at changing to a date that was suitable for me. Messaged me the day before delivery to confirm what time they'd be coming. When the bed arrived the driver was lovely and the bed is gorgeous. The only slight negative is it's a darker colour slightly than pictured but it's still lovely so I don't mind.
Overall, I've had a really positive experience with this company and the customer service from the company itself and the courier has been excellent!

This company trades under so many different names i have no idea how they get away with it!! I actually have no words for the quality of rubbish they are allowed to sell!! Purchased a mattress via WOWCHER, nothing as described cheap rubbish!! Contacted them via their customer service. Disgusting attitude and extremely unhelpful! Wanting to charge me an unbelievable amount for them to collect the mattress for a refund!! I now have an unusable mattress and massively out of pocket PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

An absolute joke of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wrong mattress given and when it was delivered the driver left it at the door and told me that there was a van with 2 men to carry it up 3 flights of stairs needless to say nobody came back so I was left to get my bed mattress and headboard myself. I bought through a wowcher deal this company should not be allowed to trade. 😡😡😡😡😡

Absolute scam company! brought a bed off Wowcher and never received the mattress. They said they would check their cctv but haven’t shown any proof of it! They now have tried to say I’ve signed for it all, but all 3 signatures are different and none of them are actually mine! Total scam company how Wowcher or eBay allow this is beyond me.

I bought a bed for my daughter from this company June 2020 a small double divan it’s already broken and the mattress you can feel the springs. I have contacted the company for refund still waiting to hear from them. Don’t buy beds here waste of money. Received a reply from company saying they can’t refund it’s over six months. Emailed them back reminding we have been in lockdown. I have emailed them the pictures so I am waiting, there is no phone number to call.

After ordering my divan bed, I then read reviews on this company. I was extremely worried with what I was reading and was thinking about cancelling the order and asking for a refund.

I placed the order on Friday 26th February, - Saturday 27th I had a text message asking to book a delivery date - I chose Monday 1st March. Sunday 28th I had a text message to say that the order would be delivered between 7am - 12pm on Monday 1st . I was extremely sceptical that the bed would arrive on date due to the reviews, however I set my alarm and woke up 06:45am. At 7:30am I had a knock on my door and the delivery drivers had my bed. Very professional and helpful.

I took the bed upstairs, yet again because of the reviews, I was extremely worried with what I was about to be greeted with when I unwrapped the packaging.

I am pleased to say that the bed was exactly what I had ordered. Bed was set up in 30 minutes and I had the best sleep in over a month. I had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

Please give this company a chance. I can’t fault them with my order and service received. 5* rating.

Really surprised ebay allow this fraudulent company to trade on their platform. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. The first order was not a memory foam mattress so they replaced it with a thin memory foam 'topper' - when I complained they offered an upgrade to the best memory foam mattress in the range for a £40 uplift which I accepted only to have the first mattress delivered back to me. When I refused delivery and refused to pay the £40, they threatened to call the police! in the meantime their delivery company told me that the delivery of the second mattress would be delayed by 3 days as it had been involved in a serious collision and although the driver was unhurt, the mattress could not be sold as the company would be liable if I hurt myself on it!! They went on to explain that a new one would be made from scratch and delivered 3 days later. The woman seemed oblivious to the absurdity of her statement. I complained to ebay and did get a refund but would urge anyone to steer clear of this company. They also seem to be experts at bleaching their ratings so I am glad to be able to place a warning here.

Bought a bed for my spare room from furniture Italian through Wowcher. Seemed ok when I got it. It had only been used a few times due to lockdown and not having visitors. The base has collapsed but due to it being over 6 months old Furniture Italian have refused to help in any way

Read the reviews & was worried BUT the double bed arrived today & is perfect, delivery driver was really nice & the company kept in contact re delivery dates & times, don’t always believe what you read as I had no issues whatsoever

Shocking company. Purchased a vase online which did not turn up. Emailed twice, no reply, phoned twice and they said they would get back to me....Nothing. Avoid at all cost.

My elderly parents ordered a dining table and chairs, received a confirmation email with delivery date, all seemed well. Then the delivery date passed with no contact so tried to contact the company but could never get through. Emailed multiple times but never received a response. After weeks of sitting on garden furniture I have advised them to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Luckily they used PayPal so no payment taken - avoid this company at all costs.
