Lui was rude and insulting and very unprofessional. I would think very carefully before buying anything from this company. He is very helpful when making the sale and gives you his telephone number in case you need him, but you can never get hold of him and he never returns the call if you have an issue. I would never buy from this company ever again and would never recommend . Awful customer service .

Just had external doors and replacement patio door installed.Cannot speak highly enough of the product or installation team and admin support.
Fully intending to return to this company for window replacement next.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Having researched the door I wanted myself I got in touch with Louis to ask questions & get an honest opinion on. Lousi was happy to answer all my questions & there was never any hard sell at any point..Louis presented a number of options & gave the pros & cons of each one so I could make an informed decision.

We purchased a Compdoor due to the technology used, the colour & glass options & the superb pricing.

On the day of fitting 2 fitters arrived & set about their work in a careful & considerate manner. They covered internal flooring, were conscious of making a mess in the front garden from.off cuts & t9ok their time install the door & frame property. At no point did it feel like they were rushing to get to the next job. Their speed, quality & work ethic was second to none, Attention to detail was superb & they really took their time & care in doing a good job.

The fitters cleaned the door, removed all rubbish from my property & explained show the door worked, helped setup the smart tech & answered any questions I had.

I would definitely buy again & will do for our back & garage door based on my experience & quality of service I witnessed today.

The two fitters arrived on time, were very polite and professional throughout, and took great care with the installation. They worked carefully, took their time, and made sure everything was properly fitted, sealed and draught-proof before leaving.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent and I am very happy with my new door. Thank you to the installation team for doing such a great job.

Today Chiltern Doors completed my front porch enclosure with two composite doors in the middle. It’s great quality product which was fitted with excellent workmanship. Really impressed with the end result. It has given the property a great facelift. Everyone is impressed this new addition.
