expectations met, great service and overall satisfied with purchase
The direct cremation pre paid plan is competitive with what's included compared to other funeral plans, option to add voluntary options is so appealing leaving you feel like you have more choice. The standard price is a little high however discounts available make it more value for money. If there were partnered funeral directors a little closer to home this would make choice funerals my top funeral plan provider.

We arranged Mums pre funeral plan so Mum could plan the funeral she wanted. Rachel the lady from the funeral directors came to the house and went through the whole procedure. It was dealt with professionalism and empathy.
