I took out a funeral plan with my local Thomas Bragg funeral director and after three weeks I still hadn't received my plan so after a couple of phone calls I finally got my plan which was a photo copy of the plan it wasn't even stapled together or put in a folder. I don't think they even sent i out my plan in the first place.

I just popped in to enquire about a funeral plan. The staff had time to talk to me and gave me a very informative brochure to read at home. I then made an appointment and there was no fuss to complete the paperwork. The staff were brilliant, especially the manager who helped with the form. Plus it was cheaper than other funeral directors
