I would highly recommend this company. Been with them many times of the years and they always do their best to compete with the market. There has only been once they couldn’t assist me but 9/10 they beat the competition and secure the business.

I've been with you for nearly 20 years. Also found you the cheapest if I have looked around. And also the customer service has always been knowledgeable, helpful, polite and respectful.

Asked for a quote based on a new address, which was initially replied to via email. They asked for further information which I sent over. Heard nothing back for a few days so called and chased up. Received a call 4 days before renewal asking if I wanted to to go ahead but still no quote based on new address. I was then still charged a £50 admin charge which isn’t an admin charge it is a broker added fee. I also want to add I have never had any issues previously, so why the problems this time?

My original renewal quote was quite expensive, so once I had given some screenshots of cheaper quotes they was able to match the cheapest one on there so am really pleased with that.
