I received information about the car insurance and what it covers in advance. When I phoned to pay I had a friendly, professional member of the Chris Knott team who dealt with my payment promptly and thoroughly. Then I received comprehensive information about the car insurance policy and the cover it provides.

Excellent Service yet again 2015-2026
As usual, although hearing the occasional new voice, and the old friends, the service remains Focused and dedicated to the needs and requirements of the customers, always available and happy to explore other insurance possibilities on request, when you hear familiar voices year on year what does that tell you, The answer is “Consistency” and that’s why I return year on year, please don’t change, what you’re doing works.

Chris Knott Insurance provided a significant saving when I contacted them for my 2025 car renewal, and I’m very impressed this year that the increase is only small, in kind with inflation.
I had become tired of the annual negotiation on large increased from my previous insurer.

I've always loved being with Chris Knott insurance, as did my parents but, sadly, after being with them for many, many years, my premium went up this year... Next year, I might have to shop about, especially for my old banger! Would still highly recommend though.
