I received my order but unfortunately the shirt was a bit tight across the chest, I fall in the between measurements of medium and large. Contacted customer service and they said that they would gladly send a replacement in size large. Couldn’t ask for better service. This was my second order and I’m happy with the products I’ve received.

I ordered two shirts for my son for his trip to Hawaii. Somehow I ordered the women's size, not the men's.
The company was nice to say it would send me the correct sized shirts at no cost. That's good customer service!

I ordered a medium and it was too small for my husband. I reached out to Customer Service and I received a response quickly! They asked that I measure the shirt and make sure it was not a product defect, and they responded quickly stating they would exchange our shirt for free! Highly recommend! Service is top notch!

I finally got one to fit. I had ordered 2 Rayon shirts. Both shrunk (about 1 size) after the first wash (cold water, delicate, hung dry). After dialogue with ChrisRaw, I ordered a larger size, and after the first wash, fits great! The colors and designs are outstanding. Shipping does take long, but well worth the wait.

Chrisraw makes fantastic shirts. They are quality made and brilliantly colored. I cannot say enough about their customer support. They keep the customer informed throughout the process of creation of the shirt to the shipping. They are very responsive to their customers needs. I cannot recommend this company more highly than to give it five stars.

It took a long time to receive an XS shirt that has a 32 inch hip and is practically down to my knees. Do you know any adult women with 32 inch hips? Im tiny size 4 and my hips are 37 inches. The buttonholes are too tight for the buttons. They refuse to refund my $80 (these shirts aren’t cheap). They offer a size S shirt only saying the hip will be “bigger than XS”. How much bigger? I dont trust them. This company sucks and Im out $80. Buyer beware!!!

I was drawn to Chrisraw shirts because of their heritage and vibrant colors. The photos don't do the shirts justice. When I received my shirts, the texture and the color were amazing. Great value. Chrisraw backs it's clothing with a liberal exchange policy.

The shirts are vibrant and cool. I got the polyester fabric and its light and comfortable. I love the designs. Customer service has been great.

My wife ordered me a couple of these amazing shirts for my birthday, unfortunately the shirts were a tad to small.
I contacted support to see about an exchange and they got me taken care of right away!

I ordered a shirt & received the incorrect size. After talking to customer service the issue was rectified with no problems

First shirt was not sized properly. It looked great but was too narrow in the body. It took several attempts to prove it. Finally ChrisRaw acknowledged it was sized wrong and agreed to send another. Unfortunately, they missed a message from me so the replacement wasn't shipped until I asked a month later. Now they are requesting a review before shipping the replacement. I'll update once I receive the replacement.

Love the shirts! Well made and look great. They even added a pocket on request. The only caveats are the sizes are a little small (I, fortunately, ordered a size larger than I normally wear) and it took a little longer to receive than advertised. But the staff were excellent at responding to my concerns.

Impressed with the pattern match - which is the primary reason for my purchase - just as shown on the website. Quality workmanship overall. Responsive customer service in addressing a sizing problem which is being corrected.

It is easy to look good when everything goes smoothly but when you run into an issue, that is when you separate the really Customer oriented Company to run of the mill suppliers. I had an issue with my order, which they quickly addressed and resolved the issue. In fact I am awaiting my next order.
Online can have pitfalls, but chrisraw makes it a smooth pleasant fulfillment.
Plea consider these folks if their inventory interests you. You will be glad of it!
