I received my shirt but it was too small. Turns out I ordered a women's 3X, but meant to get a MENS 3x. They are replacing it free of charge! Very satisfied with this customer service...and they responded so quickly.

They are very helpful with their customer service. I love their products.

Chinese dropshipping scam. Do not purchase their “cotton poplin”. It 100% does not contain cotton. It so clearly is a synthetic material and I’m quite certain entirely polyester to be in fact. Aside from this they say they are based out of Colorado and they are not. Orders ship from Shanghai, as I mentioned above, they are a Chinese dropshipping scam company. Sure they sent my order… but I did not get what I paid for & they of course are no help. Beyond disappointed, I paid $80 per shirt to be ripped off. I would’ve been a repeat customer too. Shame on them, bad business. Do not shop here.

The shirts are great, and I have gotten multiple comments about how cool they are. One of the shirts was accidentally sent in a women's size. The replacement is on the way, no questions asked. Great product, and great customer service.

Crosfil is a great company. I ordered one of their awesome shirts for my husband but it was too small. They said we could keep the other one( we gave it to a friend) and they are sending my husband a larger size. What amazing customer service and support that is- in this day and age that’s unbelievable. Crosfil gets 5 stars.

I bought two items. One I sent to a friend and everyone that saw our exchange on Facebook loved the shirt. I thought well hell it says they'll take any returns on the top of their website so I gave them a shot. I don't like what arrived. The buttons are extremely loud making obnoxious sounds with every movement. I have not worn it and immediately put it back in the packaging as that's how much I disliked it. I've been told by the company they will only partially reimburse me because nothing is wrong with the order despite them advertising they take returns with 100% back.

This company makes a great product and has excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong item and they immediately responded to my email with a solution. The designs on the shirt are exactly as advertised and the rayon material is very comfortable.

The size medium shirt I bought for my husband did not fit his tummy area. I requested an exchange. I received a prompt reply the next day with a request to take pictures of measuring the shirt. I did as requested and received another prompt reply from Gina that stated they would send me a large. When I receive replacement shirt then I will be satisfied that this company stands by their word.

Customer service was wonderful regarding a shirt order that turned out to be a size too small. They promptly sent me a new shirt in a larger size free of charge, without me having to return the original shirt. Amazing!!

I wanted to order two XXL men's shirts from these folks, but I made a mistake, and accidentally ordered one lady's and one men's shirt. I contacted them immediately after discovering MY error. They responded promptly and made the correction prior to shipment. Once I received the corrected order, I found that the shirts were smaller than most US XXL sizes (their sizing page link went to a dead web page). After contacting them about my dilemma, they have agreed to send me the next size up at no extra cost once I post this review. We are not at the end of the road yet with my transaction, but I am very happy with the responsiveness of their customer service to this point.

I ordered the bigfoot alien shirt as a gift. I ordered it too large. Crosfil has kept in constant contact with me and I have no issues getting a replacement. I'd order again. They loved the shirt!

great product and great customer service. it does take a week or two to arrive (which is communicated in the order pre-process) but worth it. love the neon coast Hawaiian and wendigo golf polos! very popular on course! customer service also A+ for getting me the wendigo quickly after wrong shirt shipped and they let me keep the incorrect shirt as a bonus! can't beat that.

I purchased two items, both of which were poor quality. Customer service would not honor their "100% satisfaction or a full refund" guarantee. They refunded one item after acknowledging that they had used a fake product image on their website, and the shipped product did not match. The other item, a Hawaiian shirt, was made of translucent fabric. That feature was not described or disclosed. They offered a coupon instead of a refund.

Overall, a shady and dishonest company.

Everything is drop shipped from China. You have 2 hours after completing an order to cancel. Just a terrible experience all around.

Fantastic shirt and great costumer service, with excellent communication. After a mix up on sizes of shirt for a Memento Mori Hawaiian Shirt (mostly on my part!), Gina, at Crosfil customer services was very helpful and patient and sorted me out a new shirt. I highly recommend these unique, good quality shirts and will be buying more of their designs in the future.

The shirts I ordered were fabricated and delivered in a reasonable time. The fabric pattern and the cut of the shirts were as they appeared on the website. The sizing runs smaller than the measurements listed on the website. I appreciate that they offered to replace the shirts with ones the next size up. I would encourage you to order one size bigger than your current size.

I purchase the Bigfoot/alien/flying saucer short-sleeved shirt for my husband for his birthday. It's a true cotton fabric, with just a tad spandex for stretch. Wonderful texture. However, after my husband tried it on, it was too small. Crosfil was easy to work with to get a larger size.

The shirt looks great and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended!
