Good service and the tree is beautiful. Looked at the roots of my potted tree and they look good plus there is evidence of new growth on some branches so very satisfied

Smaller than last year, but wow!
I was originally going to mark the review down as the tree is about half the width of the same sized tree I bought from them last year. However, the tree is such a perfect shape that I can’t give it anything but 5 stars!

Tree is absolutely beautiful the best real tree I've had, and thats many, but the pot cover is abysmal, cheap and tacky, and for £10 thats not good in my opinion, I could have bought a cheap pot from anywhere the same as this for a couple of pounds. May seem harsh giving 3 stars after the tree is so nice, but feel they are taking advantage of customers charging this price

The tree was lovely but…….…
The tree was lovely but the pot was packed to the brim with soil and stones which made it impossible to water without the water running over the sides.
I am hoping that it lasts to Boxing Day!

Excellent products too.
Would have given stars if their packing hadn't have had to be redone by carrier company DPD. Cardboard wasn't up to the quality needed for products .

CAUTION: False advertising
This was the an expensive error on my part. Order as per the marketing, the tree arrived (in time to be fair) but it was small and nothing like the pictures. The pot cover I ordered did not fit and the company has not responded constructively. Its a scam.

Poor item not as shown on the website.
The tree was delivered as promised. However it was 7ft not 6ft which is a minor problem. However the tree is very sparse . I appreciate that this is a real tree but totally different from the pictures . Loads of gaps between the branches. It is also shedding needles already. It does not look good. Worst real tree I have ever had
