Worst Carrier I have ever delt with in…

Worst Carrier I have ever delt with in 40 years in business, package is late, tried to call and track package but their phone line are so staticky, the cant understand me when I try and give them the tracking number over the phone. Run from these guys!!!!

I wanted to reschedule my delivery

I wanted to reschedule my delivery, I decided to call their number and was bounce around to different department then left on hold at the last number for 1 hour with total of 2 hours. In the end, nothing was resolved. Not sure why they outsource their customer service , horrible experience and sellers that use this probably not good as well

We have been a loyal customer for over…

We have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. This last year has been a nighmare with erroneous billings (on going) that should be going to our customers and not to us. Reclassifing shipments incorrectly. Not searching for the best deal and sticking with FedEx only as the main carrier. Not paying their bill and having FedEx come after us for it (on going). Their reps are worthless and don't return emails or calls anymore. We have lost customers and been made to appear like fools with those of our customers that have stuck with us. We have tried in vain to get them to work with us like the good ol days when they were just Freightquote.com. Never, Never again!

TARPING BAIT AND SWITCH + TONU

I've been operating under own authority for four months and have run flatbed loads with eight different brokers. C.H. Robinson is the ONLY one of those that I've had problems with. Two TONUs already, and a dirty lying broker pulling a bait-and-switch on what was suppose to be a no-tarp strap-and-go where they changed it to tarping required after it was booked. I only found out after arrival at shipper. The loader at the shipper said, and I quote, "yeah this happens all the time." Needless to say, booking loads w/ S h * t -face Robinson will be an absolute last resort, if ever again.

Invoice issues

Invoice issues, I have called several times to speak with someone in the Carrier Service Department. I finally was able to speak to customer service agent. She was rude and stated they are too busy to assist and to email the Carrier Service Department. I emailed the department and received an email telling me to call Carrier Service Department. This worldwide company is a JOKE! Zero Stars

Terrible customer support

I had a freight package that was to be delivered by CH Robinson. The company denied me a lift gate for my crate that weighed 167 lbs. The crate measured 42x42x40. There is no way I could have unloaded this myself. After multiple calls over a 3 day period I never received a response from them. I left a message with T. Gibson on her direct line and still no response. Fed Ex, who was holding my crate also tried several times with no response.
I finally went to FedEx and picked up the crate with their help. They could not have been more helpful and efficient.
I would not use CH Robinson for any shipping needs.

as a carrier that uses ch Robinson a lot mostly as a last resort I can say the carrier support is the absolute worst ! I try to book with coyote first. if there is ever an issue they do not respond and expect my drivers to just sit endlessly. do better ! with out the carrier your freight sits !

CH Robinson review

Amazing services. The company was able to transport my company's products with upmost care, coming in with no product damages. Would absolutely do work with them again any day. Their global shipping is a good service, with reasonable prices. I recommend to anybody trying to work with them to trust them.

This was a very bad experience

This was a very bad experience. If you hold any value in your time or your company, do not book with them. I arranged a shipment to be picked up Friday 1/19. I called and confirmed as it was around late noon when I booked. The lady said it was confirmed, will be picked up today and delivered Monday 1/22 POSS Tuesday due to "weather". I understood as in NJ we were about to receive a little snow. I checked status Monday morning and wasnt receiving any information on tracking. I called and was told they went there but did not pick up our shipment. I spoke to a supervisor who promised it would be picked up Monday. Nothing had changed. I spoke to them 2 more times that day. Tuesday, I call again with nothing changing on the tracking end. I spoke to customer service who assured me it was on a "hot list" and the driver was to go there and specifically ask for my order. You can imagine my fury when I come into work Wednesday with no updated status of my delivery. They gave me every excuse in the book. They blamed the weather but at this time it was confirmed their trucks had been there twice. They blamed that my distributor didnt tell them to pick up our shipment. Unreal. I received the run around. I asked to speak to a manager and was immediatley told they were all in a meeting. I was disconnected from a rep that had me on hold and made no attempt to call me back. I called again and asked for a manager the 3rd time and finally they let me speak to someone. She was nice but gave the same excuses the reps did. tried to blame my distributor who was the only one keeping me abreast of the situation. She stated she was putting me on another "hot list". At this point they offered no compensation for the amount of money we lost out of work for 3 days, or discount on the 3k shipment paid for that hadnt been picked up and could not even guaruntee a dedicated line after the inconveniences. I have to say its very disappointing as this was a trial run in finding a new carrier. Safe to say, we will go no where near this company or the "carriers" they associate with.
Fortunatley, our distributor offered us a carrier they work with and we were able to cancel this service before they had to lie to us again about the shipment being "forgotten".

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. They proceeded to have me on hold for over an hour to get a BOL, just for them to process the BOL and never send me it. Truck company came to pick it up and didnt have any BOL to give them because of this company. Currently on hold for over an hour again trying to get my BOL. DO NOT USE

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company; customer service is incompetent; they use 3rd rate carriers and even when they make mistakes they will charge you for it afterwards. We had a shipment to move a few pieces for $600; after pick up they could not locate the freight; finally did, lost some pieces (they never reimbursed us for the lost pieces), and did not make appointment for delivery as we instructed. Weeks later they hit us with an additional invoice for $1200 for a missed appointment. Heed my words - read the other reviews on this site. DON'T USE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY BOUNCED ME AROUND 5 DIFFERENT PHONE TRANSFERS AND I NEVER GOT TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. I EVEN HAVE A SHIPMENT # AND A CONFIRMATION # FROM THERE WEBSITE AFTER SETTING UP A PICKUP AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT.

I called to set up as new carrier and the rep went off on me telling me this the F… stupid new carriers wanting new F…. Starting package. F… stupids.

Very unprofessional.. do not do business with this company.

Most unprofessional company ever

Most unprofessional company ever. I called wanting tracking info. Spoke to at least 7 people and finally I was given the representatives contact info for the shipment. She answers her line with a "what's up" nothing else. I tell her "what's up" she puts me on hold for 3 minutes then hung up on the call and never answered her line again. The scheduling person never told me the shipment never got loaded on the original delivery day and made the appointment anyways. It's seriously the worst freight company I've ever dealt with. Customer service people just send you right back into the waiting line if the call requires any kind of brain work. Wow. I can't say it enough how bad the experience was.
