After payment I've received a damaged safe and since then they've just ghosted me
I'm totally disappointed: BEFORE PAYMENT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, AFTER RECEIVING A DAMAGED SAFE THEY HAVE BEEN GHOSTING ME AND NO REPLY AT ALL
Before I ordered a safe with one extra key for extra £53 and paid for it on 7th of March everything was great. I had some questions so used their WhatsApp and Craig replied to me really fast with all the information I needed. It was a sign of a great company.
However after paid total of £527 and booked redelivery on 27/03/2026 they stopped replying to my emails.
On 11/03/2026 I replied to JADIE's email with delivery instructions. I've never got an answer but the safe was delivered on 27/03/2026 as I ordered. I wasn't in person but I watched my CCTV and the driver used a pump track to move the safe close to my house.
When I got home at night THE PACKAGING WAS VISIBLY DAMAGED ON THE TOP CORNER (so I took photos of it before I moved it or unwrapped it for inspection).
As I expected the SAFE IS DAMAGED. THE TOP CORNER HAS DAMAGED PAINT WORK + BOTTOM CORNER HAS ALSO DAMAGED PAINT WORK AND THE WORST IS THAT EVEN A FRONT DOOR HAS PEELING PAINT.
I IMMEDIATELY SENT FULL DOCUMENTATION TO JADIE. At that point I was willing to keep the safe because I ordered the extra key. I was waiting for one week and got NO REPLY WHATSOEVER FROM ANYONE. THEN I TRIED WHATSAPP AGAIN TO GET SOME REPLY. AGAIN I GOT NO REPLY AT ALL BUT I CAN SEE THAT SOMEONE READ IT FEW MINUTES OR HOURS AFTER I SENT THE MESSAGE.
