Website very easy to browse. Finance was accepted fairly quickly and was exactly what the estimate was. I booked a time slot for collection and the process went really well. However, I was disappointed to see that I was given only 30miles worth of petrol in the car, the wash fluid was low and the wiper blades were old. The car had been cleaned, but there were some streaks on the windscreen and there were some areas that had not been vacuumed properly.

If you are looking for an inspected quality car, look else where. You won't find one a Cinch.
I tried to purchase a 69plate Mokka X. First attemp at delivery it managed 40 miles before it broke down. AA's report said it was unfit to be on the road.
Two weeks later, second attempt at delivery, yes you guessed it broke down on the way again. Order cancled. Finally got my money back 7 days later.

Loved the and the process to purchase the car was so easy. Issues arised afterwards when informed could not have the car until 48 houts after payment has cleared and then up to 4 wreks wait for log book. Cinch do not release log book until after 14 days of delivery. Trouble was i have still not received after 4 weeks and purchasing a Tesla you cannot get onto Telsa network without V5 (i did try) meaning standard connectivity and more expensive charging. Hope V5 turns up soon or ill have to pay to have that done too

Overall good service, slight delay in picking car up but sorted quickly

Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. My wife could not believe haw easy and straight forward it all was. Will certainly use cinch again.

After purchasing the car the delivery date was certainly prompt, however I think better communication between staff could be improved as I had several calls about the same thing which I had to repeat to another staff member. However the purchasing of the car, website delivery service and staff that I spoke to via telephone was easy and in general was a good experience, and I love my car!

Staff very kindly explained how they work, but were happy to help me out.
Went through what I was looking for based on budget and requirements.
Found the perfect car for me.
They then talked me through buying my old vehicle.

The whole process was easy and straightforward, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I will definitely recommend using Cinch to friends and families
Plus I will definitely use them in the future

Really happy with my experience with cinch. The whole process was straightforward and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

I’m really pleased with the car and it was exactly as described. A special mention to Elaine, the cinch driver, who was friendly, helpful and kept me well informed throughout the delivery.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend cinch to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought a car from Cinch, being a senior buying online wasn't easy for me but a very nice young man at the Corby branch talked me through it....Only problem was on the morning of me picking the car up Cinch phoned and said they had found problem with the car. After short debate I asked for a refund which was in my bank within 2 days. Customer service was really good and glad they found the fault before I picked up the car.

Travelled to Corby so that we could see and drive the car.
Liked it, bought it and traded in our old reliable Hyundai.
We didn't even get home before the engine warning light came on and worse, because it's the weekend we can't get hold of anybody from Cinch.
Now we're in limbo and unable to use the car.
We're seriously considering returning the car and the Missus is furious as we can't get our old car back.

Absolutely excellent service! From finding a series of cars in their website to test driving them at the local warehouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole process was incredibly smooth, including selling them my car. I would 100% recommend!

Cinch I do think they good company, but there prices for a vehicle advertise are misleading, for example it will say £205 pm,then when you get the finance back it can jump up quite a bit.

Really pleased with service & car.. one recommendation.. be good to talk to a sales person & do a video call to inspect car remotely

If I could give cinch 0 stars I would! Today after 8 months of having a major fault the car has finally been rejected by the finance company. I think it is luck of the drawer with cinch but their service and communication is horrendous. Avoid at all costs and whatever you do do not buy a bifuel car from them!
