I've been using Cinch for a couple of months now and so far I'm happy. My device was at the end of it's product cycle and they advised to get another brand but I insisted on my choice and they came through.

My experience over the last 2 years was fraught with bad experiences:

Nagging Software: You get a permanent notification on your screen and the phone locks if you just swap SIM cards (takes up to 24hrs to fix).

Unforgiving System: One late payment locks your device instantly, even with a good history.

Unfair Returns: They waited a month after I returned the phone to claim damages (no photos provided) and threatened legal action immediately. Verdict: Save yourself the headache. Customers don't deserve this treatment.

Great option to have the latest tech devices and many products available

Easy and hassle free. My phone was broken. Then find out this cinch make a rental smartphone. Subscribe with lower price. I get mine in 2 days only.

The phone I order was not in stock and need to wait for 2-4week. Was advise to check other with ready stock to deliver soon. Customer service fast response and advise on the available stock.

This is a first class BS system they have with no product price but subscription price only and when you try to buy the product it's not $1 ! Expect to pay above market rate .Avoid at all cost unless you wanna pay more then 300 over dollars ! Regretted starting with them !

Prompt responses to all ny queries relating to cashback and payment.

I have made 2 purchases with Cinch. Reasons been they have a good ranch of tech gadgets. Ordering is fuss free and delivery speed is outstanding. Customer Service is a professional.
I will definitely recommend Cinch to my friends.

Cinch team has always been very prompt and efficient in resolving my issue especially with my phone getting locked due to the constant sim issue. They revert and resolved the issue promptly without me requesting it even though it was urgent as all work related things was in the phone that got lock.
