Alex and George were fantastic. They took care with all of our belongings, communicated clearly, worked efficiently and made us feel like everything was going to go well... and it did! Everything arrived without issue into the right rooms. They were thoughtful and offered suggestions whilst listening to all of our requests. Would 100% recommend City Removals, they took the stress away from our moving day!

City Removals recently completed a major house move for us. Every single one of the guys was brilliant and the team made a challenging day go smoothly. They took excellent care of our belongings, dismantling furniture, reassembling it faultlessly, and were courteous and super-helpful. I found them through a recommendation and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent service, book with them n advance with plenty of notice and they are very flexible.

They do not try to upsell anything and very happy to do what you need. We asked for a flat to house move with boxing up service. All items looked after with great care and they know how to treat each item with care such as moving a piano.

Extremely professional and made the stress of moving as stress free as possible as at no point did I have to worry about them or their service.

The 3 men and 2 vans arrived at the specified time of 8.00 am and started work immediately. They were there to pack my Kitchen and my bedroom but I had sorted the rest. They dismantled 2 Ikea wardrobes and a small garden box. They were very polite and did not stop the whole of the time they were with me. We then went to the new address and they re-assembled the items in the room where they were needed and efficiently worked until all was unpacked and then took the boxes that were theirs and we had emptied. I would highly recommend this company for their efficiency and friendly approach throughout the whole of the move. They made things so very pleasant and took away a lot of the stress that I was expecting.

Such a brilliant job done - in a heat wave!

Sebastian and his colleague (sincere apologies I forgot his name - even after asking and checking the spelling) did such a brilliant job. They arrived a little early and weren't at all phased that I was still packing. They could work around me with furniture and everything that was ready to go. They listened and were very understanding about some boxes and being fragile/needed lifting in certain ways. They had all the materials needed for the TV, to wrap drawers etc and even some extra boxes which was so helpful when a few items still needed to be packed.

They got everything packed perfectly into the van - fit like a glove.

At the new place, even though it was the hottest bit of the day, in a heat wave and up a flight of stairs they worked quickly and efficiently to get everything in, all furniture placed where I asked, and furniture build built in no time at all.

I couldn't believe it when they were all done at just how quickly they'd done it all!

We got the full packing service as well as the removals. All were excellent. The guys were so efficient that they had completed the tasks on each day by noon and everything was very carefully packed and labelled. Happy to recommend.

The initial video call was thorough and the quote was clear. Any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Throughout the planning process they were very responsive and friendly. Boxes arrived with plenty of time for us to pack ahead of the moving date.

On the day the two guys arrived bang on time, and were incredibly quick at packing the van but took great care with our belongings. We felt in safe hands. And they were also great when we arrived at the new flat, unloading and bringing boxes up to our flat with speed and care.

The whole move went very smoothly. We were worried about the amount of stuff we had to move but were quickly assured by the removal guys that it wouldn't be a problem. They brought extra boxes and bubble wrap just in case which for us was lucky as we did need them. Everything was in order at our destination and items were unpacked carefully and considerately. Overall very happy and would recommend them to friends and family.

A personable representative came round to assess our needs and provided a written quote. Our house move then fell through and when we were ready to move again, we simply had to have a video call showing all previously assessed areas of the house to see how/if the quote needed to be revised.

The actual movers worked like the clappers all day. Fast, efficient, professional and careful. Thank you all, especially our amazing movers, Sergiu and Konstantin (we hope we are accurate in our spellings).

Very reasonable quote followed up with excellent, efficient service. Prompt, arrived with enough people and 2 vans. Had to pick up from 2 locations and deliver to another. V well coordinated and all done by lunchtime. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended

City Removals provided an outstanding end to end service including packing to move us from East London to the South Coast. We were impressed with Silvu who came to assess the job, he was clearly experienced and an expert. Nicola in the office was highly responsive and helpful with regards to all the administrative aspects throughout. The guys who undertook the move out and move in removals were incredibly hard working as well as being very helpful and friendly. We would recommend City Removals for the quality of the service and value for money.
