I had solar panels fitted by City Energy and since discovered that they were installed incorrectly, with wiring left in a dangerous state. I've been chasing for over two months now to get them to come back out, strip and replace the wiring... and still chasing!

Brilliant service - knowledgable, professional and with a smile!

Chanté was great, incredibly communicative beforehand and let me know she was on her way but stuck in traffic! Very friendly and was great at making sure I knew what she was doing and what I needed to do once she was finished. She was a kind and entertaining presence on a dreary rainy day! If only all tradespeople could be like her!
My puppy also loved the attention she got from her too and Chanté made sure to be as careful and respectful as she could to our property whilst she was changing the meters - which was great as one of our walls was delicate!

The lads work through their time here and are good at tidying up after them. Very pleasant workers and they want to do the job well.

They have installed air source heating and insulation and the work has been outstanding I’m so impressed would highly recommend

Fantastic service from Ryszard Slapa - succeeding where other EDF installers have failed. Kept me informed as to what he was doing and triple checked that everything worked before he left.

Chante called the office and tried to make sense of my account issue, for the first time I finally understand what's going on with my meters, out of all engineers that have come out, chante was the only person to go above and beyond to help me who suffers with mental health. She was excellent took her time to explain everything including there could be a problem with the gas because of the distance & 2 walls to connect the gas meter to the electricity meter. She was right & could see we were not happy.

The engineer was absolutely brilliant. She came and fitted everything effectively, fully cleaned up including extra bits that weren’t her mess and was great to chat to. She kept me fully updated with everything she was doing and left the kitchen in a better state than when she came. She explained the meter and the app and was knowledgeable and professional.

The engineer that came out to visit me in May came back today which made me feel valued and safe, she managed to get all meters working eventually as Ive been waiting for 4 years for them to be fixed. She has respect and a great bedside manner, knows how to communicate and did everything in front of me keeping me up to date with everything which I believe is important especially at my age (79) and I don't understand these meters, she really took time to explain everything. She's just like a breath of fresh air :)
