When i had a problem I just text Lee & he sorted it. Also when I put my 1st order in I had forgot to put the mystery bag in & it was nice of Lee to message me to ask if I wanted the mystery bag or not so thank u Lee all the jewellery I have received as been of great quality

I've been using this independent jewellery company for quite a few years. I first found them to purchase some beautiful and unique crystal jewellery Christmas crackers and have bought them every year since. Top quality items for men and women. The price is fantastic and Ive never found any better crackers even from the " posh " stores.
They have almost daily offers with discount codes that work everytime and if you should have a problem Lee and his team give first class customer service to rectify any issues.

I have bought several items of jewellery from Clear Crystal and I would recommend them for their lovely earrings, my favourite being their Swarovski sapphire earrings and crystal pendants. When I had a problem with an earring their Customer Service promptly and very efficiently replaced the item.

I have ordered the six pack of crystal Christmas crackers a couple of times over the last few years. They make any Christmas dinner table look that bit more special. The prize inside the cracker is like another gift and doesn’t end up in the bin like the usual plastic cracker gifts. I love the spare ribbons so you can match them to your Christmas table .
