Had the crackers multiple times now both Christmas and valantines day, always quality items

The quality of the jewellery is excellent I’ve ordered many times and will be ordering again good birthday and Christmas presents

My first parcel went missing and after contacting them a replacement was sent within days and absolutly loved my items.

I have never had a problem with Clear Crystal, I have bought Jewellery, Advent Calendars and Crackers from them. The Jewellery is beautiful and not too expensive. Once when an order went missing they sent a replacement out straight away. I honestly cannot fault them for their customer service

I made an order for the valentines crackers him and her. When they arrived we realised we had two hers. Once I contacted the company they were very polite and helpful and straight away offered to send a another one in the post. The crackers were beautiful and very happy with the order and customer service support.
