I’m just going to state the facts, and not give an opinion here….
May 2025, Jailson sent two guys to fix my aircon. They claimed to have found the issue and I paid £350 for the repair to be done.
June 2025, I used the aircon when we had hot weather and I found it was still not working. I called Jailson, and he agreed to come and check it himself this time, and we agreed a morning slot for the following day.
Jailson didn’t show up, and didn’t call me to say he wasn’t coming.
I called Jailson the next day and asked for a refund of the £350. He declined, and agreed to visit, which he did this time.
Jailson did some tests and immediately found obvious signs of a larger issue, something which his other two members of staff should have easily detected. (Outdoor unit showing 8 bar pressure instead of 1-2 bar). Jailson agreed that his other staff should have spotted that.
The outdoor unit is 3 years old. Jailson recommended that the outdoor unit is replaced, and would send me a quote for this. It’s been 2 weeks since that discussion and I’ve not yet heard anything.
In summary, I’m £350 down and my aircon still isn’t working, and I’ve not been offered even a partial refund for the poor initial diagnosis and unnecessary repair.

Fact 1:** We did not install the units ourselves. We advised the client to activate the warranty with the company that installed them. The client informed us that the installation company had already been on-site but did not resolve the issue. This is peculiar, as the units are less than three years old and should be serviced under warranty. It does not make sense for the client to pay another company for repairs when the warranty is still valid. Although we advised the client that the problem was merely a refrigerant leak, we offered our assistance by conducting pressure tests to identify the leak, enabling it to be repaired and recharged with new refrigerant. Please note that all of this work incurs costs that exceed what was initially quoted.
**Fact 2:** Indeed, the compressor was already compromised due to poor installation by the original installation company.**Fact 3:** After all the time we spent and the materials we used, the client feels that we deceived them and believes we should refund their payment, or part of it, because we did not resolve the issue that the installation company was supposed to handle. From our side, we followed the correct procedure: identifying the leak, repairing it, and testing the units. It seems rather unfair for the client to accuse us of wrongdoing. Our advice for the future would be to hire a qualified company for the installation of their units to avoid such complications.
I booked them at 30 May to service my tenanted flat which is just down the road from their shop - but they never turned up.
My tenant got quite annoyed. I asked again. This time Elisabete made the appointment.
Still they didn't show.
No apology.
Nothing.
They did send me an advanced invoice though.
Says it all really.
DO NOT USE!! Nothing but problems with this company! I recommend going with a more reputable business.

We regret that after being a recurrent customer, you were left with this impression of Climatrix.
Unfortunately, we can only take responsibility for equipment’s supplied or installed by us, which is not the case.
Climatrix has never carried out dangerous practices or put its customers at risk. The reason why we recommend you a qualified and certificated company to perform the installation of an equipment we were not qualified for.
We believe that there is no better attitude than recognising when a job is outside our areas of service and as a company that always tries to maintain a good relationship with the customer, try to find a solution.
After being informed that the parts of the equipment were installed incorrectly, Climatrix immediately liased with the company that installed it to fix it. Upon arrival, they were informed that the pieces had already being reversed by yourself and no further action was required from their side.
Climatrix have given you all the support to solve the problem.
A debt collection agency was only instructed as you refused to pay the invoices you accepted you were liable for.
We find ourselves in a confused position as to why such a review towards climatrix however any feedback is an opportunity to grow, and we appreciate it.
We remain willing to work through any issues with you and have informed you privately of this.
