CLMBR can't deliver ...
I have been extremely patient as a "Founding" member of CLMBR and a previous member of RiseNation. I was the 10th person to place my order. Despite the regular updates to let me know that my order was pushed back OVER 1 year, then additionally from June, to July, to August of 2021. I sit here at the end of September 2021 finding myself emailing CLMBR - without any response, calling them - only to leave voicemails (because no support staff are available) and reading updates as to how over 81 other people who placed orders have received them. Not to mention the gyms that received the equipment as well. I understand it's COVID, I understand the Delta Variant and how it has impacted manufacturing, from parts, to labor, to delivery. What I don't understand is how I was one of the first 10 people to purchase the CLMBR, yet 81 people received it prior to me. I don't understand how the support staff can't resolve this issue, much less return a call or voicemail
Additionally, because of COVID CLMBR is now asking clients to self assemble or to find a local specialist to assemble it and in turn provide a $200 credit. I opted for this as well. So, literally all CLMBR has to do is create a FED-EX shipping label and out it goes. I can't fathom what the issue is. I have received furniture, and other large deliveries without issue. I'll keep you updated but beware.

Amazing… A game changer to my workout routine!
I’m loving the workouts i’m getting on CLMBR! The machine is smooth, fun, challenging and looks absolutely amazing in person too. I’ve never been a fan of the treadmill or stationary bikes so the guided classes and climbing movement has been a blast. Always excited to hop on and climb!

My rating is low because is hard to provide feedback when I have not received my CLMBR. I placed my order back in May and I have not received it. I’m sure that once I receive the unit my rating will change.
