I booked Cloud Packers and Movers for my relocation from Jamnagar to Hyderabad, and it was the worst decision of my life. Not only did they mess up the entire process, but they also displayed utter incompetence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The nightmare began when they wrongly tagged one of my cartons and replaced it with someone else's. It's appalling that they couldn't even manage the basic task of labeling correctly. And to add insult to injury, they haven't bothered to resolve this issue even after more than a month! Imagine the frustration of not knowing what happened to your belongings and having no resolution in sight.

Their excuse? "We can't open and check every box at the time of delivery." Well, maybe you should start considering it because clearly, your current system is a complete failure. All we do is count the number of boxes we've sent, and they expect us to trust them blindly with our precious possessions.

To make matters worse, they had the audacity to demand full payment upfront before delivery. Foolishly, I complied, thinking I was dealing with a reputable company. Little did I know, I was handing over my hard-earned money to a bunch of crooks who have no intention of delivering on their promises.

In the beginning, they kept giving me false hopes, asking for time extensions to resolve the issue with the replaced box. But now? They've conveniently disappeared off the face of the earth, not picking up any of my calls or bothering to respond to my emails. It's as if they've taken my money and vanished into thin air, leaving me high and dry.

Save yourself the headache and never, ever trust Cloud Packers and Movers with your belongings. They are nothing but a bunch of incompetent, dishonest scammers who will ruin your relocation experience beyond repair. Steer clear of them at all costs unless you enjoy being cheated and left in limbo with your belongings in someone else's hands.

First of all, they were not professional. They took an advance and at the last moment said they did not have a vehicle. I pushed for it, so they sent two unskilled, rude laborers who had no idea how to talk or what to talk about. They spoke rudely to my wife. When I objected to the lack of skills and materials left to buy, they brought two cartons. In six hours, they did no work and only packed ten boxes. After I refused the unskilled laborers, they waited at the door and said we want our money and kept on ringing the bell. It was pathetic. Please don't get anything done from them. I beg all those household packers, please don't waste your valuable time and hard-earned household stuff on these robbers and conmen.

Worst experience of my life. My household goods were shifted from Ahmedabad to Bhubaneswar. I found that some items were missing and some items were in damaged condition. I had insurance but they told me that these damaged items are not covered under insurance. After the transfer is complete they are not receiving my calls and not responding to my messages. I still have not received a refund for my missing and damaged items. I have some Images but unable to upload the images here.

Cloud packers एक चोर कंपनी है, मेरा कुछ सामान अब तक उनके पास है आज 2 महीने होने को आए है अब तक कोई ठिकसे जवाब तक नहीं दे रहा, दिए गए estimate से 3 गुना चार्ज वसूल कर चुके हे मेरा सामान अपने कब्जे में लेने के बाद मुझे ब्लैकमेल कर के, और फिर भी मुझे मेरा पूरा सामान अब तक नहीं दिया, और उपरसे उनका स्टाफ मुझे चेलेंज कर रहा हे की जो कर सकते हो कर लो लेकिन हम अभी आपको आपका समान नहीं देंगे जब हमारी मर्जी होगी तब ही देंगे ।।

Horrible experience with cloud movers and packers.. Still I haven't received one chair . I am not recommending to go with this worst packers service.. they have theif in their company. Three person came for packing and loading.. out of them, someone has stolen my wife's jwellery which I have packed in separate bag. When they did this we didn't know. But when everything was done and moved the items to the target location. We have checked and found that , someone has stolen the item.
When we complaint that , no body is taking any action.
They have my chair yet, they have agreed too that they have my chair and will send it to my place last week.. but haven't got any reply.

Don't go with this cheap cloud movers and packers.

Even they will charge extra amount what they would quote you initially.

The package of things is good.But the service of delivery is delayed no proper communication to the driver and customer.Little Delayed delivery.But every thing is safe and clear.Refixing of things is also done.we have dealed with Manish.He is responsible and gave all the necessary information.Just we faced the issue is of delayed delivery.

Kolkata to Hyderabad
During shifting they leave item back home and after reaching destination after continuos follow up Items were missing, TV screen damaged, mattress packing and handling was so bad, they turn white into orange color, Furnitures edges are damaged, chair damaged, they shift by pushing my items on the floor, they won't unpack all items but they will charge you, they won't assemble beds but they won't inform you they won't, they will tell to do so at the last minute. They will say they will deliver my items on date 20, but they will deliver on 28, they are just a broker with no control over the transporter, i regret choosing clouds. Not a party to go with, avoid.

My experiences is very very very bad. For their fault Total 8 items are damaged from them my major 3 electronics items are damaged(MI TV, LED MONITOR, CPU)...We had the original cover of all these items but they ignore our words and package with their own package, that's why my major items are damaged. Dear customers for your kind information their packaging materials are very bad quality, after packing its looks good for your eyes but while you got your items I am 100% sure your items will be damaged, and another very very important point is please don't believe on the Kolkata manager Haripada(Subham) because he only talk gently still your items will dispatched form your own then you will face the real man behind him. Form Kolkata to Hyderabad they took 20 days but before dispatch the Kolkata manager had told hardly it will take 5 days, but its was totally lies. My items was in Kolkata but he was telling me your items already dispatched we believed his words but in the final stage we suffered, we lost a lot of money. So Please before you shifting choose a reputed packers and movers and don't go with Cloud. ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT IS AFTER MY FINAL COTATION KOLKATA MANAGER HAD CHARGED ME AND THRETENED ME IF YOU WILL NOT PAY THIS MONEY I WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR ITEMS, IN THAT TIME I HAVE NO WAY BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY 20 DAYS CROSSED, I PAID FIRST THEN HE DELIVERED. And whatever Kolkata branch rating is showing its totally false the backend team is managing that rating and the positive review is from their own people.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Vishnu dada to facilitate moving my things. Dada was very well informed, explained everything along with a complete breakdown of the cost. I really appreciated his understanding and clarity. They provided a tracking ID for my goods which was very reassuring. They stayed connected to ensure that my goods reached me. My things came intact, neatly packed and undamaged.
Overall a very positive experience. Thank you team cloud packers and movers especially Vishnu dada!

Don't trust cloud packer and movers. The delay a lot. They claim extra charges what they promised. Stole some products which we noticed later. They need to return some money but they are not picking up the calls. Initially they quote less amount and the service also not upto the mark. Don't get scammed with these people.
