I bought shoes and received no confirmation e mail or text. I had to e mail the company who could not find my order but then I received the item which I did not like. I asked how to return as there was no information with the package. I was told it would be costly to return so they could send the same thing and I would only have to pay shipping charges. Why would I want another when I didn’t like the product.

Finally, Supportive Shoes for Flat Feet – Comfy, Cushioned, and Slip-Proof!
i have flat feet and most shoes either rub my heels or give me no support i bought the cloudlift clogs because a friend at the hospital told me they were soft and now i wear them every single shift the inside is so cushioned it actually feels like im bouncing a little when i walk and my back pain is less now too i wear them with compression socks and they fit perfectly they dont slip on the tile floors and i just rinse them when they get dirty so easy

Do not want to give even 1 star but I have to put one star for the shoes but their service if you need help is terrible, contacted them several times and got no reply. They are not a bonafide UK company, they are Chinese. Stay away from them. To many of these people getting around now on internet.

i usually dont bother leaving reviews but these really surprised me i needed something breathable for walking around london and these sandals were so light and soft that i ended up wearing them all day they look minimal and stylish and the foam insole made a huge difference especially when standing at the bus stop or walking through the shops for hours

poor quality and return policy
I ordered my orange slippers on the 14th June and was surprised they took until the 26th to arrive but the tracking stated the parcel was at Heathrow. Unfortunately the website gives the impression these are from the UK but the package on arrival had two postage stickers on it, as it had come from China. The slippers were poorly made and not worth the price paid so I decided to send them back , to the return address appearing on the package. Unit 5 Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LF. Following several e-mails and after posting I was informed I needed to send the slippers back to Iowa or China for a refund, which I explained I no longer had the slippers.
It became clear I would not be getting any money back BUT on the 25th July I receive a package, the slippers back!

Ordered a pair of cloud slides then received a tracking reference that showed the order in China. I contacted them to find out how long it would take to deliver. It actually arrived in a bout a week but then sent the wrong size. It has now been 4 weeks since I first ordered and I keep getting a polite reply from 'Hannah' who keeps telling me they are "...looking into and will get back to me". Do NOT recommend.

Sizing - they were all the wrong size - did not mirror European sizing!! To replace they wanted me to pay over £30 in shipping - for me to return would have been £30! Crazy and I’m
Sure against consumer rights!! To be followed up! They offered me a 30% refund - so gave me £18 back on a £60 order - the sliders are massive - no wants those sizes so can’t even get some money back on used sites!!! I will be taken this further legally with this awful company!!!! If anyone else has similar experience please write about it!!!

I ordered two pairs of sandals and absolutely loved them instantly so comfy. I had read not very good reviews but that was not my experience I was moving house when I was waiting for the order and it got slightly delayed because of it but I contacted them and they couldn't help enough always replied to my emails straight away and genuinely cared about me receiving the order as soon as possible. Quality of sandals is really good and they look exactly like the photos in the website. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
