My video chat wouldn't work so the doctor called me on my phone. They were there for me if I needed help. Great people.

I was very nervous using a telehealth service for my first medical card. However, CMed was very open about communicating when my appointment was. The day of the doctor was a little behind and he called to ensure I was not being ignored. The doctor took his time, made suggestions and explained some of my conditions to me like no one ever has. Overall, the process was smooth, paperwork was filled out promptly on the doctor’s end. Which only made the state process go by much more quickly.

Call me on time for appt, Went thru questions and gave info all pretty quick.. and easy!

Desde la Doctora Elena Alonso, que me atendió muy bien en consulta, hasta el Doctor Pedro Mora que me hizo una colonoscopia con gran experiencia y pericia, acompañado de la misma excelencia por la Doctora Anestesista Laimi Soto, que tuvo una paciencia exquisita y fue muy cariñosa conmigo. En la prueba también los acompañaron las excelentes auxiliares Jenny y Laura. Y fui muy bien atendida en recepción por Verónica. Sin duda, los recomiendo a todos.
