Relaxed clarity is what I experienced at this office here in Denver! I have a traumatic brain injury as well as chronic pain. Both Dr. Gerhard and Layla up front are professional, compassionate and patient! I really appreciate the repeated reminders by text and phone because I kept forgetting !!! (I actually can't remember when I went in October. No worries, it's all online, too.) :)

I always appreciate how forthcoming they are with information. I’m never without a card for all the reminders of the appointments and NICOLE DENNIS always has great information for me even when I come up with a question on The Spot. It’s sometimes difficult to navigate in natural healing methods that mainstream medicine and science avoids. Canna care is paramount in offering guidance.

The number of emails and text messages I’ve received both before and after my appointment are outrageous. No response doesn’t mean send 3 more emails and 6 more texts.

The day of my appointment they ran an expired card enough times that my bank contacted me about a potential fraud charge even though I explicitly specified I’d pay upon arrival.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Johnny makes sure you have the information you need and even gives you a print out of instructions. The doctors are also very nice and takes his/her time with you. The waiting room is clean and comfortable.

The entire process is smooth and fast. I appreciate the staff's helpfulness.
