Our bus driver was Phil. He arrived promptly and was very helpful, very pleasant and very jolly. Everything went smoothly.

The experience was good - there was aircon, the drivers were punctual and we had the correct amount of seats. Booking was very easy with polite staff.

Friendly and experienced driver through very narrow lanes .
Did arrive ten minutes late which was a little worrying

Excellent service and professional driver. Easy to book and great communication. We will use again in the future.

Gareth and the team were fantastic with our trip from site to site. All coaches arrives in advance, clear communication and very nice lads all round.

Will absolutely use them again when in the area.

Turned up on time. Very well presented coach. Driver was friendly and professional. I would have preferred a few more updates along the booking process. All in all - if I ever need another coach, I’ll be coming back to Coach Hire Direct.

Fantastic and efficient service from Craig and all at Coach Hire Direct.

I was organising a large charity function last weekend and had booked a coach elsewhere for 50+ people, only to find out the day before that they were not able to honour my booking! Thankfully Craig from Coach Hire Direct came to my rescue and organised a coach and driver for me at less than 24 hours notice. A member of the office staff went in on the Saturday afternoon specifically to sort the paperwork, and everything was sorted very quickly.

On the day of the event the coach arrived promptly, was of a very high standard and was lovely and clean. My colleague who travelled on the coach with our event guests gave the following feedback when I asked her about the coach driver: “Absolutely fabulous! So accommodating and really kind.”

Overall I have only great things to say about this company. Thank you again for saving the day, we will definitely be back!

Excellent value and service, great communication with the driver, high standard of vehicle - Would definitely use again.

Excellent service from beginning and the coaches were fab
