Minibus for 14 passengers
The minibus arrived on time and was nice and clean. The driver was very professional and friendly and helped us on where needed. The driver arrived on time to take us home and was very amenable to a slight change in different drop offs. Very good service.

Driver was friendly down to earth with the rowdy coach load for a festival coach was nice he played music for us which kept them on there seats he was down to earth and had a nice smile on his face it was a good journey :) I’ll be booking again …the price was decent too :)

Disappointing service and refusal to…
Disappointing service and refusal to refund
My flight was delayed due to an air traffic control issue, and I kept both the driver and the company informed of the situation on several occasions.
I was initially told to call the out-of-hours number once I knew my revised arrival time. However, when I did so, I was told I would need to make a completely new booking through their online system, which was not a practical or acceptable solution in the circumstances.
As a result, I was left without a transfer for 13 people and had no choice but to arrange alternative transport with another company.
The frustrating part is that I had contacted the driver before my original departure time, giving them plenty of notice. Although my flight was eventually delayed until the following day, I was aware of the delay around five hours after my scheduled departure time and had kept the company informed.
On returning home, I requested a refund because the transfer service I had paid for had not been provided. My refund request was refused.
I understand that flight delays are outside a transfer company’s control, but I would expect a company to communicate clearly, offer a reasonable solution and treat customers fairly when circumstances change unexpectedly.
My advice to anyone considering booking with this company is to be aware that, if your flight is delayed, you could be left without your transfer and still be refused a refund. A very disappointing experience, and not a company I would feel confident booking with again.

Stressful
First of all: the journeys we asked for were completed.
Booking was super-easy, the price was reasonable compared to other offers we got from companies.
This was the first time I chose CHC to make travelling from Luton to London even more comfortable with my group. We usually use National Express, but as landing time can differ from original plans it's hard to book the right time slot (waiting for too long if booking is late, worrying about being late).
We didn't get the driver info 24 before the journey, I had to contact the company. The last 24 hours are usually quite busy without having to message about the driver, who I wanted to contact. Got his name, but driver didn't turn up at the time we asked for. More than 30 minutes delay without knowing when to expect him. Was calling CHC (4 minutes waiting) when driver called. At least driver was willing to drop us off closer to our first programme (still couldn't make it in time).
Driver was nice and helpful, but the bus was quite poor. Broken rearviewmirror, some chairs moving sideways, boat-feel drive. One passenger almost threw up because of strong gasoline smell in the back.
I asked him if he was going to be the driver the next day, he said no.
24 hours before return journey, still no driver contact. After several messages and one phone call I could get driver details 4 hours 30 minutes before the journey.
Different driver, same bus. Driver nice, we could agree on a time change.
All in all, the stress I wanted to eliminate with not having to worry about National Express got way bigger. I'm thankful for getting to and from London, but having to worry about the contact details was a real nuisance.
Will probably stick to more reliable service next time.

Unreliable supplier
Booked this coach over 6 months prior to my partners 40th outing with 40+ people to the races
Payments made on time & was sent details of driver before as normal
Coach was booked for 11am, when it was not there at 11 I thought I would call to see where they are, driver did not pick up after 2 tries
So called CHC who tried to call and left me on hold a long time (with the 40 guests looking at me for an update!) so couldn’t get through either, must have called the supplier and they then said they would send replacement driver, called second driver he said he was nearly 2 hours away!
Told me he would put his location services on I said I cannot wait 2 hours for you to get from Heathrow (not apologised once at this stage just told me ‘they won’t be 2 hours’ but Google maps stated different)
So I called CHC told them to cancel it and would sort elsewhere
Very unreliable supplier (Lion Icon)
And refund took around 2 weeks customer service at CHC was helpful but felt really let down on the day, would not use again
