tot perfecte, sense esperes i aprofitament el màxim, no cal patir per hores d´arribada o sortida.

Imbattable rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent Car Hire Experience in Menorca – Highly Recommended!

We recently hired a car during our holiday in Menorca, and I have to say the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

The entire process was refreshingly simple and straightforward. The instructions for collecting the car were clear and easy to follow, as were those for returning it at the end of our holiday.

The car itself was lovely, spotlessly clean and exactly what we had requested. A particularly nice touch was finding two bottles of water waiting for us in the car on arrival. It's the little things like this that make a difference, especially after a flight.

Communication throughout was excellent, particularly via WhatsApp, and it was also a nice personal touch to receive a message after we had returned home thanking us for using the company.

If I were to mention one very minor criticism, it would be that there was a dent on the rear hatch of the vehicle. Although this was actually visible in the photograph sent to us showing the car's location in the car park, I hadn't noticed it beforehand. Consequently, when I first spotted the damage, I had a moment of panic, wondering whether I might be held responsible! Thankfully, there was no issue whatsoever, but perhaps a brief mention of any existing damage in the collection instructions would help avoid any unnecessary concern.

That small point aside, I really cannot fault the service. Everything was well organised, professional and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when hiring a car abroad.

I would certainly use this company again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone visiting Menorca.

Amazing! The fastest, easiest vehicle rental I've ever experienced anywhere in the world!!
Everything is fully completed before picking up the car. From pickup to return, it's smooth as silk. No lines, no waiting, no paperwork, no shuttle bus, no endless walk and searching. It couldn't be easier even to find your own car in the car park.
Every question I had was answered promptly and completely via email by a very patient, helpful, and considerate staff member before I even started my holiday. Poppycars' vehicle is immaculate, looks and runs like it's just come off the showroom floor. And the cost -including everything you might need - is unbelievable!!
I wish this agency was available at every airport!

From easy pick up outside the terminal to drop off a week later I can only say the hire company and car we had was amazing. Clear instructions for pick up and drop off and we had a bottled water in the car when we arrived. The car was lovely and clean inside and out. We would highly recommend this car hire company if you want an easy stress free hire car. Would definitely hire again when we go back.
