This was my second loan with Cohort Capital in six months, and they delivered again. The transaction was to support the acquisition of a trading company with multiple assets, there were lots of moving parts, including refinancing various company loans, yet the team coordinated everything at pace so I could complete an off-market deal on a tight deadline. This lender can't be trusted at all, dealing without integrity, skipped the intermediary who brought them client and then dealing with the client directly to avoid paying the agent fee.
