Our washers went down on Friday, 18th Sept. I called in for a repair. Today is Tuesday and no Tech. I've called about 4 time requesting a call from the tech to see when he will be coming. Again no call. I even left a message with the VP Operations Mike Pilolii. No response. Maybe if they come and find their machines at the sidewalk they might think about hiring more techs.We ill be putting in our own machines very soon.

Absolutely horrible, machines are disgusting for months straight, expensive for something that says 35 min then 35 min later says 10 more min, not good if u have a schedule or anything important going on in ur life.

Finally, the dryer door was replaced, but only after I saw a Coinamatic techinican in his clearly marked vehicle so I parked my car and approached him. He looked on his phone and messaged someone at his local dispatch.
They replaced the broken glass door with an old solid metal door salvaged from an old machine. I discovered that it was old because of the previous filth attached to the door and its rubber seal. They couldn't even have the decency to clean the dam thing, so I did with disinfectant wipes.

As a side note, the timers on their apps are totally inaccurate. For example, the washer says 43 minutes, and I set my cell alarm at 50 mins just in case & I wait an extra 5 minutes (so 55 mins) and go down to discover that there's still 5 minutes left.

Very poor services. Never dries clothes and always a problem. People are going to laundry mart better services. U call in and they don’t always want to refund your money. Charge $375 for a tiny baby wash my clothes is ripped.

Coinamatic machines At Capitol Hill Apartments in kw this year were not maintained well because some were in need of repair and others didn't even work at all. It was very unusual because things were much better before so not sure if there is a new owner or what? Whenever a machine didn't work I called for a refund because I was doing someone else's laundry. Then one day I called and a very angry lady working there answered the phone and automatically said that I would not be getting anymore refunds! That sounded so shady to me! I wasn't even calling for a refund and actually had a question because the person I was helping was moving but still when one of your machines don't work then you should refund your customer each time. Even before that the person I was helping had money that was left over on their laundry cards and needed it to be put back on to the account. A Coinamatic Rep said to mail in the laundry cards instead and that they would mail a check so I did. A month went by and no check so I called back and they said that they don't mail out checks anymore? I said it was for a senior on a fixed income that I was helping but they didn't care. So unprofessional and cold. I even messaged them the number codes on the cards and requested the check for the $33 and change and the card deposits but they told me no yet again. Not good business at all!

Used this app while travelling. The company practices are misleading and basically fraudulent when it comes to refunding balances. Very difficult company to deal with. Very negative experience. I did persue aggressively and just got notified I would get a refund in 5-7 days. Hope so!

Absolutely terrible company... I just discovered that they increased the price and decreased the wash time on the washers in my building. They do not issue refunds, their machines are routinely out of service, there is no notice given regarding price increases. From past experience, their customer service is non-existent.

The machine that was installed in my apartment building it is so small You can barely do one set of sheets in it and the price is astronomical and my Landlord now says that they have no control over that which I know is total bullshit. They’re getting a kick back I have no doubt about it and a machine came off the platform two weeks ago and it’s still sitting off the platform and people are using it completely off kilt it’s crazy. I’m disgusted by this company. 100%. And my landlord Harmani Inv. For allowing this to happen, it’s just not OK to be taking advantage of people.

I hope this shitty excuse for a "company" goes bankrupt. Money hungry crooks who use any (and I mean ANY) excuse to nickle and dime hard working people...

We work too hard. I DESERVE to not worry about how much laundry costs so I CAN GO TO WORK. It should not be this big of an issue...

And yet it's not enough!

Increase the washer/dryer cycles by 50 cents. Okay, sure... but they did it AGAIN. And it has only been a few months (at most, 4 months) since they did that.

But today... they increased it AGAIN.

There's no point. These corporations are too greedy. They are evil incarnate. Nobody who works at Coinamatic is a good person. They are literal demons. Why do I even bother living if I can't clean clothes in my apartment so I CAN LIVE HAPPILY

I don't know. If you are reading this Coinamatic (I highly doubt it) I hope you know I hate you with every fibre of my being.

And if a random person reads this... I hope you know that I feel your frustrations. We deserve to catch ONE break on everything getting inflated to all hell for the good of nobody but evil corporations that perpetuate evil crap like hustle culture. There's no winners but the rich, and we're all fighting for scraps. I hate it.

This is one of the shiesty companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their app double charges all the time. I chose 10$ and somehow the next time I go to do laundry it's taken 20$ out. When selecting the drying options, their button to cancel when asked for extra time deliberately is not pressable for 2seconds hoping you don't notice, put your phone in your pocket and you'll accidentally click on extra time. I hate this company with a passion. They truly suck a whole hell of a lot.

Coinamatic is a malicious company. They prove cards to their machines with a charge. Then you require only to upload via credit card. Twice I had to do this and lost my money for both cards and $30. When I provided proof they didn’t return phone calls or email requests. My Building Manager and Condo Board has been trying to get in contact with them and no response. Do not go with this company for your facilities or try and get a refund. I filed a claim with BBB . I hold my breathe for a refund.

I am a low income senior who moved from a building they service. I have a $28 balance on my account and they tell me they cannot refund my money. This is theft

One star is not low enough. Coinmatic is the absolute lowest of companies, and the world would be entirely better off if it didn't exist. Coinmatic only exists to make money from partnerships with equally money-hungry landlords and housing corporations. Their customer service is a joke, refunds are either completely impossible or made to be difficult to find and fill out (they know that when machines don't work or you move out of your apartment, many will accept losing $5 as "unfortunate"), and they know that as long as landlords and housing companies exist, they will have access to drain even more money from tenants. I hope the CEO, Todd Myers, rots for the shameless way that he and all of his colleagues think about human beings. Find another way to make money.

They ripped me off.

They are crooks, simple as that. I sent Coinamatic 2 cards that were not working. I had just put $ 40.00 on a new card and it didn't work. So I sent that card and another one that had t least $ 20.00 on it. I called and they told me they were going to send me a $ 30.00 card. I waited 3 weeks and received nothing. So I called them and they told me that they could not retrieve the amount on the cards. Chances are that is a complete lie and one they tell all customers that send cards that stop working. I have my visa bill that shows the $ 40.00 Coinamatic purchase. They are only sending me $ 30.00 instead of the $60.00 they owe me for both cards. This company steals from people who can least afford it. The lowest of the low.

From a tenant convenience and availability viewpoint, Coinamatic is a collosal failure of a company. Coinamatic has created a poor smart phone app and laundry card experience, doesn't maintain a high level of machine quality, takes long to service machines in need of repair, and provides an overall substandard level of customer service. The payment kiosk in our laundry room that is used to load laundry cards is often offline and the application on my smart phone periodically glitches due to technical issues on the company's end, meaning you just never know when you cannot load additional funds which is very inconvenient. In addition, machines often sit for weeks waiting to be serviced, and not all machines are able to be access by both cards and the app. If Coinamatic was a laundromat, they would have gone out of business year ago! And, if I could give this company zero stars, I most certainly would! As well, this company is too cowardly to be available on Google reviews as they know that negative customer reviews would follow them there and be more visibile for the whole world to see as a result. Trustpilot is visible enough but only so visible. Coinamatic: get your act together!

Worst company to work for. ..They took a washer and dryer technician Mike pilolil, with no background in business with little or no business acumen and little education I suspect and made him a director..
How can I leave no stars?

If I could rate this lower I would. Put in a request for funds taken by the washers and going out of service as soon as money was withdrawn from my card . It has been over a month and a half since the request and still have not seen anything. Old washers and rusted out dryer is what we have to do laundry with. The keep raising the price but give nothing in return. Do not try to call customer service because they give the same answer I do not know
