There are so many unreliable platforms out there and this is one of them. I have my currency ceased for several months. The regular demands for my personal information have now become irritating.

I got duped into buying "one of 666" silver ounces. The video and pictures made it look to be stained, polished silver. I got a plain bar with a sticker on both sides. No serialization. Anyone could make a thousand more of these and no one would be the wiser. This was a bigger disappointment than my wife leaving me this year. RIP Ozzy, they're printing money in your wake.

I have very smooth transactions with the. I like the items I get from them. The coin mix is just as they said it be. They are honest and that’s hard to find these days.

Being new to collecting this site offers a wide range of coins to meet my needs. I can browse and select coins I want and not be pressured to enroll in a coin collection with high prices.

Placed my first big order of $400 in February. It was delayed at USPS in Charlotte. Coinstv reordered it for me on March 20th. Again delayed in Charlotte. I call today to follow up for the 10th time and magically it was delivered on the 5th. Nothing in my mailbox. They tell me to file a claim with the USPS. Apparently the tracking says it was delivered. Go to the post office and now have to file a missing mail claim. Unfortunately, it was only insured by Coinstv for $100. So now I am out my coin order. And if the USPS says the claim is valid I would recieve $100. Please think twice before purchasing from this company. I have since gone to Mints and other shops who only send it certified so it must be signed by me in order to deliver the package.

Coin TV is nothing but a rip-off I ordered $200 worth of gold coins and they send me eight plastic cards with a teeny tiny bit of what might be gold in it I contacted them and told not what I expected and would like my money back they asked me to send a picture and I did then they ghosted me now they're not answering my requests for refund I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and continue to campaign against this company don't get ripped off don't buy from coinsTv.

This site is a complete scam. I ordered weeks ago, still says unfulfilled, They must be getting their "US COINS" from china or somewhere because they obviously do not have these coins they are selling in hand for it to take over a week to fulfill and ship. Plus their prices are very high after I checked around for simular products. Im hoping I will get my money back. I will be filling a complaint with the FTC for consumer fraud,

I placed an order on 12/26/24 - as of today 1/27/25 I have not received my order. This is unacceptable by any standards! I am beginning to feel as if I have been scammed.

Order placed on the 15th of November and still have not recieved my product or a refund. The excuse they have been using is the "Postal Service" doesn't scan the item sometimes until it gets to the distribution facility! Now I've been told they have to contact their insurance company to ge the cost of the product back to provide me a refund. Now calling they put me into voicemail. I don't think I will be purchasing items from CoinsTV any longer, if you can't take of something this simple you don't need my business!!

I placed an order on November 4 and it is now November 20th and my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. I contacted the company five days ago and they said it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship which it has been my order has not been sent out yet. This is happened before when my order was sent to China and it took me at 30 days to get it. I will not be ordering again. Also, I have ordered from them many many times in the past and I keep getting disappointed what I’m receiving.
