Placed my order of $150.00 I May 23rd. Didn't receive order by June 1st. Contacted Coin.tv to locate my order. They did respond but was never kept up to date on shipping status, I had to make contact everytime I wanted to follow up on my order. This operation is poorly ran and very unorganized. Don't waste you time and money. 28 days later and I still never received my order and was then told in an email that my order was already cancelled and refunded. If it was already canceled and refund and why wasn't I notified? If this is how this company operates they need to be shut down and taken out of business. This is not customer service and this is not how you operate a business!!!!

Ordered 10 rolls of the "California hoard" wheat pennies. 5 days later and no pennies (on a 3 day shipping notice) . Went to the delivery company website and found that the pennies had been shipped to New Jersey. 5 days later the pennies were at my door. The rolls had obviously been gone through and then hand crimped to "reseal" them. I also found three more modern pennies on the ends of three different rolls. While the company isn't lying about the pennies, someone is making bank with the pennies that should have been in my order.

Update May 9th: I have made a total of 4 purchases from CoinsTV now and my last purchase experience has turned out bad. I had an alert set up to inform me when a sold out item was back in stock. On May 9th I received such email. I went to the website where it said the coin was "in stock" so I purchased it. 7 days later I contacted customer service to inquire when my order will ship. I normally receive shipping confirmation in 3 days. I was told that the coin I ordered was awaiting customs clearance and that I need to wait until May 23rd for the item to hopefully ship. CoinsTV advertises an item in stock that they don't even have in their possession. Customer service said they hope the warehouse has all items in stock, but can't guarantee it when they advertise items for sale. I'm paying interest on my credit card for an item I don't have and won't have for nearly a month. False advertising made me reduce my rating by 3 stars down to 2 stars. I lost all trust in buying from CoinsTV now because of their false advertising. They should have listed the coin as a presale with an estimated shipping date like every other coin company.

Original review: I have made 2 purchases from CoinsTV through the Shop app in less than a month and I have not had any issues. My orders were shipped out the very next business day. The only problem I have with CoinsTV is that they are sold out of some coins I've never seen before and wanted when I saw them on their site. But that's my fault because I'm a new customer and those items sold out months ago. I'm pleased with the service from CoinsTV and continually monitor new items through the Shop app.

This place is a scam. Never deliver on coins. BEWARE! Having credit card company dispute charge!

Nope! Don't buy from these folks! $400 order last Friday. Received confirmation of payment at 3:36 Friday pm. They say they'll ship after payment. It's now been 4 full business days and they still haven't shipped. Called yesterday and was told they'll try to prioritize my order. I'll be calling my credit card next to kill this order. Heard it was a decent reliable place from a youtuber I trust. After reading these reviews I guess I won't be trusting him either.....

Problem one is they charge you before shipping product. Two, says they will fulfill order within 42 hour-7 days after over one month and they still had not shipped the order. After two emails they did refund my order.

They sell you what they say they gonna sell you....kinda. it's a bag of silver yes. Are any of them any good yes but....everyone of them are either so worn you can't tell what they are or they are pretty the same dates. No key dates all are dates are the ones where billions were minted. I really don't see how the bags or rolls are unsearched cause they look set up. 4 or 5 big coins and the rest small. I got a 1942,3,5,6 or 8 dime couldn't tell because it had 3 holes in it when it once was on a necklace or ring or something. But it does say that these were "rescued" from being melted...soooo...Coin rolls yeah half were the same date...so you be the judge.

Bought a half lb (unsearched??) bag of silver coins for $300 found a 1966 dime in the bag and it was short on the weight by a dimes weight. Have tried to reach out to see if they would make good on what they advertise!! Nothing! Sorry I even had to give one star and that was only to give this horrible review. Thought I would give CoinsTV a real chance, so I sent in 3 different orders over 3 weeks for the "GOLD COAST HOARD" for 3, then 5, then 2 rolls just to hope I got a mix. Came to more than $20 a roll. RESULTS - 500 wheat pennies, 17! of which were older than 1942, NOT ONE red and 1 that may MAY be called a brown-red (lol) but certainly not a RED BROWN. And not a one worth more than 10 cents. This more than $200 "HOARD" was only worth copper value. Unsearched? NO, A SCAM - How do I start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

I loved the role of pennies I received, but the quality of the walking liberty quarter was very disappointing. It's far from what I would have expected from a Collectors site. It is the lowest quality coin in my collection.

What are the coin online, reached out to customer service with no response. I never received the coin and how to put a claim onmy credit card. SCAM

Placed an order on March 28th and still waiting for the coins. They took the money before sending coins. Which is a no-no in the business of coin shops. Advised me that the coins were on back-order. Still waiting!!

I'm starting to think this is a ripoff. No shipping info, Noone bothers to answer or call back. I'm getting ready to do a stop payment thru mu bank..Note to buyers...Don't do it.

I wasn’t even aware there were West Point quarters in circulation until I scrolled across one of the live TikTok shows! Just amazing! Clicked on the link, placed my order and within a week my order arrived and they were great! We will do business again!
