I'm so pleased l checked Trust Pilot before l purchased. l was really tempted from the advertisement but after watching BBC Morning Live yesterday l checked in here. Thanks everyone who has posted a review!

We ordered this fan with the recent hot weather being uncomfortable to sleep in. It is just a normal bog standard mini tower fan! Kicks out normal air, not cold at all and is quite noisy! Really disappointed as was expecting better with all the claims on advertisement. Fake reviews on facebook. Feel foolish for being taken in by all the lies. Do not buy. No way of contacting supplier!

I ordered a cooling ace fan and it is absolute rubbish, cheap flimsy plastic. The company offers 30 day guarantee but what they don’t tell you is you have to pay the return charges to China which cost as much as the fan. £60.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY COLDEEZ COOLING ACE! They are sending out a tower fan instead that you can buy on Amazon for £18! I stupidly trusted their reviews & a consumer review website that obviously received something very different to what we all got! I paid £157.90 for 3 units & shipping, absolutely disgusting! It's meant to be trade marked & what comes has no Coldeez Cooling Ace written on it anywhere?! It says M60 Constant Wind Speed Fan not even the same thing, lookis like the picture. It got delivered & left behind my bin, no info about when it was coming, considering I paid over £25 for shipping & handling. To add insult yo injury I bought 3 & received 1 piece of absolute rubbish, nor the products I ordered! I miss buying in a genuine shop & getting what you wanted. So many scammers with what looks like a genuine website & trade marked product with all these guarantees. ABSOLUTE PACK OF LIES & FALSE ADVERTISING. Thank you to the other reviewer about Trading Standards, I will look into it so I can try & help others to avoid making the same mistake. It's a shame we couldn't give it a 0 review. So glad I paid by credit card. From now on I am going to check trust pilot reviews for everything online, apps & products. This digital age is catching too many out. Stay safe all the best.

Not the exact item that was advertised on You Tube! Do not buy anything off you tube ads!! Do not buy this product!! It's just a small fan!! You can buy one a hell of a lot cheaper, bigger and better than these at Bunnings!! Have made contact for a full refund of the purchase price. See if I get it! Not Happy at all!!!

False advertising, not a cooler just a cheap noisy fan, what a rip off, waste of money, stay away!

deceptive advertising. Why does Facebook/marketplace continue to let these scammers operate?. I'm pretty sure losing these companies won't send them broke

The order was never delivered and after numerous e-mails I was refunded by my credit card provider.

It's false advertising. It's just a fan. Doesn't cool the air at all. Why do people do this? Scammers.
It's advertised as silent. Not true. Noisy. Clearly they have no ethics except to make money any way they can.

Ordered some jeans and I never received it a few months prior to that I ordered some sweaters and I never received it. I first was taking that the shipping is slow didn’t realize it’s a complete scam. Really sad. especially in these times I could’ve use that money to buy groceries for my family. Totally ripped off.

What can I say that's different to what others have already said? not a lot really but this is my personal opinion of it.
During the hot weather we had in UK I decided I needed a real AC and not just a fan of which I already have a few, but I didn't want one of those great big ones, for one I now only live in a small home so don't really have the space for one, and two they are just too expensive for me, so I searched for a smaller version, it took a while but found the one from this Company, it looked just right for me, so waiting for the delivery which took a little while but finally got here, my impression was one of shock, I know I needed one that was smaller but I never expected it to be this small, it's smaller than a standard desk top fan, I tried it, I am using it but not in the way I had wanted. It does cool down to a degree but only if you have it right in front of you, on a desk/table, it is not big enough to cool a whole room which is what I had wanted, compared to the standard desktop fans in UK it's cheap, but not with a cheap price tag, it really IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
The ONLY good thing I could find to say is it's portable and re-chargable, really wish I'd researched more before I bought it, I would send it back but I refuse to pay the return postage.

Very similar experience to others here. Bought what was advertised as an AC unit with a water tank. What arrived was a very cheap fan with no water tank.
I contacted the company, who offered a partial refund, but only a full refund if I returned to China at a cost of $30 - 40.
I refused and opened a dispute with Paypal.
The company refused to pay return postage, or give a full refund so I escalated the claim.
Paypal found in my favour and issued a full refund.
Avoid this company, or if you are having problems with them, claim through Paypal or your bank.

THE UNIT IS LIKE A WEAK FAN AND AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME (MINUTES ONLY) IT CUTS OUT. AVOID AT ALL COST.

nothing but a fan. will not cool down any room, wasted my money. this is not any type of a a/c unit. left on room was 74 degrees closed door came back in an hour, still 74 degrees.

I have just received this after waiting weeks for delivery. It is not as described. It is noisy & when you put it on full power it makes also makes a rumbling sound every 5 seconds. It's not designed to stand as a tower; a d the box does not have the Coldeez name. It's called M60, Constant Wind Speed Tower Fan. Ridiculous sales descriptions & over-priced. Cannot find return instructions yet! Pursued advice given by another reviewer on requesting charge back. Gave PayPal the evidence. Fully refunded.

I was sent a product that I did not order. I believe the advertising, rating article and everything about this company is a scam. I ordered an air conditioner and received a piece of plastic junk!
