Have rented with College and County for 3 years now, and this has been a good experience. They are always quick with responding to emails and organising contractors if ever required. I have heard some very bad stories about other letting agencies in Oxford, but can definitely recommend C&C!

In terms of property maintenance in particular, they have provided an efficient and swift service that is responsive to the needs of tenants. Recently th Compliance Team within the management service at College and County worked closely with Oxford City Council to ensure that the property met all of the standards required for the selective licensing of the property. I was kept fully informed by the Compliance Team about the progress of the selective licensing process and felt confident and reassured by their speed and efficiency. Their work is reflective of the ethos of College and County.

I really enjoyed working with the team. A big shout out to Bianca and Ed for their responsiveness, dedication and help throughout the process. Being an international student on the market for a rental property in Oxford is not easy and their help and dedication was much appreciated. Big recommendation to use their services.

She has been an absolute gem in this whole process.She knew the property, liaised with the owner regarding some questions we had and has made the whole process seamless from start to finish. As a potential tenant they have been unprofessional during negotiation and not at all interested in providing a good housing experience, just to get a contract signed for the landlord at their only conditions. For the experience had, I wouldn't want my family to live in a property managed by them.

I rented my property out through College and County for 7 years and overall, had a a very good service. There were hiccups, which is only to be expected with rentals, but they were always dealt with in a professional manner. They offer a very personal service with reasonable fees and the management are quick to step in when needed. I would highly recommend them.
