Nie polecam!
Kupiłam 2 sofy, niestety tylko jedna była dostępna więc poprosiłam o zwrot pieniędzy.
Zwrot przez paypal został odrzucony i musiałam otworzyć spór. W między czasie oczywiście wciąż czekając na zwrot swoich pieniędzy firma zamiast mi je zwrócić, to wysłała request na kolejne 645 funtów!! Żenada i osztustwo!! Ludzie którzy tam pracują chyba myślą, że trafili na debila, który bezmyślne klika i akceptuje takie transakcje myśląc, że to zwrot!
Oczywiście w wiadomościach dostawałam jakieś śmieszne wymówki i bull shit a później kontakt całkowicie się urwał.
Spór pozostał bez odpowiedzi sprzedawcy, więc trzeba było eskalować do paypal i dopiero tam po rozpatrzeniu sprawy moje pieniądze wróciły na konto, ale trwało to 1.5 miesiąca!!
Trzymać się od nich jak najdalej!

We have been waiting for our custom sofa nearly 3 month after being told it's only gonna take a month to arrive and blah blah. But when I was finally in the UK we were told that the prize is now up with a 150£ because of some pure bulls**t! Never EVER have we been told about the price up but the poor customer service kept on assuring us they have told us. I have literally sent emails with screenshots of every single email they have sent to us but AGAIN we have been told that it is what it is . If we want the sofa we need to pay the extra money. And let me tell you about the quality! Well there is 0 quality whatsoever. You can feel all the wood underneath your butt. Literally feels like sitting on wooden pallet and that's it. I would never ever recommend the products of this company.

Initial delivery and service excellent.

2 months down the line chaise side of the sofa begins to come apart (it’s held together by staples). Reported issue to seller in July 22 and took them 2 months to say they will come and fix it with no time scale (I have to wait until they get another order in my area). Jan 23 my sofa is still broken and my last message to the seller ignored. I don’t think they have any intention of coming to fix it.

Highly dissapointed and feel as though I’ve been ripped off. I have been patient and given the seller ample time to resolve the issue but have come to the conclusion that it is not going to be fixed.

Save your money and don’t buy here.

Ordered the Aston Elegant model which arrived this morning.

It's beautiful. The fabric is lovely, soft and velvet like.
