Excellent customer service@ received a phone call within minutes of placing the order to check delivery arrangements. Also was kept up to date with the delivery. Couldn't ask for more. The chair is fantastic, just what we wanted.

the person who ordered it she was very efficient
and polite asked a few questions told me what
would happen and who would deliver it.

I searched for a cream leather sofabed on Google and lots of options came up, including your sofa which looked just like the others which popped up. Unfortunately, yours was not a sofabed!! The delivery guys tried to make out that they could not get the sofa into my lounge but I insisted that they could. The packaging was all broken up and left in my hallway. There is no way that I could re-package the item to return it so I am stuck with a sofa to sleep on rather than a sofabed. This is false advertising. Your sofa should not have appeared amongst cream leather sofabeds. I feel misled/duped. It was clearly cheaper ( by almost £200). I thought I was comparing like for like. I will have to start sleeping on it this week. No other option as I cannot return nor afford to replace. Disappointed.

Good value for the money, and excellent customer service

To low for elderly I have had to put blocks of wood under the 5 feet and it doesn’t look good I unpacked and assembled the chairs and realised that they were to low. It’s too late now to send them back. The swivel pin on the chairs are going to ware.out they should have had a bearing raise built in the chair base. I am only telling you the truth.

I had a sofa delivered this morning from a third party. The sofa turned up damaged which I'm sure you can imagine I wasn't best pleased with. I phoned the Sofa Company straight away, they gave me a few options to resolve this. One being having some money back, another to have it replaced or a third party coming out to repair it which I opted for. They said if the waiting time was to long or I wasn't satisfied with the repair they would still replace it for me. I was very impressed how quickly this was resolved for me and especially the girl who I spoke to Francesca. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Sofa Company.

Lovely comfy sofa, bought online. Delivery was quick compared to other companies. Only thing is that the colour is darker than expected, thought it would be chocolate brown. Nevertheless, pleased with my purchase.

Although settee was too big in packaging so could not be delivered company were very helpful and issued refund very quickly x customer service were faultless and in today's climate that makes them a company well worth a go

Excellent company, they sell quality goods at reasonable prices. When I was putting my Swivel chair together the instructions were missing so I contacted them and they emailed me back within minutes with the instructions. There were some issues with the accompanying footstool but they bent over backwards to help and the matter was swiftly resolved. The customer service team was very helpful and professional.
