Been using fanbasis for about a year and has been a big protective bubble from the Wild West online processing space.

Our model is very cashflow intensive so processing breaks creates a big risk and is the one “red alert” thing in our biz, where if that broke then stuff would hit the fan quick.

Stripe notorious for holds + refunding customer lists, whop has hidden fees & can’t get ahold of anyone helpful, maverick took 30 days to resolve a simple issue so we’ve been through it all at this point

Had a friend tell me about fanbasis and was just throwing stuff at the wall so figured we’d try it out, and will say these guys are the only ones who actually “get it” from the customer perspective.

Support actually moves, and moves quick. Never had any processing issues & great rates with a very simple dashboard that doesn’t take an instruction manual to figure out.

Lots of practical customizable features that unlocked a few things we’ve been trying to do for months with the biz & simplified accounting so the finance side of the biz was able to finally get simplified.

I never write reviews and usually sit in the background but Fanbasis’s impact on our business removed so much headache I felt like I had to. Would recommend.

I ordered a book and I had no idea when the payment details came in that it was for the book I had purchased .
I apologise for thinking this company took unauthorised funds when they didn’t.
So I’m coming in here to amend my review that this company is legit and it does what it says it does and supports companies on the financial side of getting there goods sold

This company has scammed me within the last 2 weeks charging me over $118 over the last 2 weeks and I had not heard of them before...Please BEWARE

Cam did a great job at walking me thru the entire Fanbasis product, and dashboard. I did not know the services included so much value and he articulated everything extremely well and allowed my first introduction of Fanbasis to be very positive. I am excited to utilize the system and looking forward to a long last relationship as a customer with the company. As a content creator/ influencer selling my high ticket info product on this app, I've had nothing but the best experience with Fanbasis. Traditional payment processors like stripe and square don't understand the nature of info products, and don't let you sell them. I had issues with fradulent chargebacks, and just overall a bad experience using these traditional payment processors. Fanbasis also puts you in contact with a personal rep, who you have access at all times able to answer all your questions and directly help you whenever you want. I want to give a shout out to Cam, absolutely amazing guy and has always been there for me every time I need. The costs for fanbasis compared to whop- another info product processor-is so competitive and much better as well. If you are selling an info product as an influencer and content creator, you can't go wrong with fanbasis

Phenomenal experience with Fanbasis overall. Cam is always there to assist me at any time during the day and he answers super fast. Unlike other payment processors, the team and support is 10/10, not some random Indian that has the same access to you and thinks you don’t know how to work the payment processors.

Fanbasis is the reason we're alive today.

If it wasn't for Cam and the team at Fanbasis, our business would've gone under at this point.

We were using Stripe, processing over 200K per month there, until one day, we randomly get shut down, and they take a 30K hold. We had no way of getting paid.

I made a few phone calls, talked to a few people to hear about Fanbasis, and it was a non-brainer for me.

They don't give you a support rep, you get a TEAM of 5 people on your account, responding within 15 minutes, I don't have a single complaint.

I've transacted around $220K through fanbasis already and it's been smooth, fast, easy, just incredible.

On June 08, 2025, I made purchases of $99.00, $197.00, and $29.00. I want these amounts refunded.  
I have contacted the company at 1-305-786-5481 many times, plus emailed this request, and have gotten the runaround as to why they will not send my refunds. They sent instructions in a foreign language, which I can not understand

I have logged a complaint with my credit card company, seeking a refund. 

Several attempts to contact anyone & no communication regarding their processing of unauthorized/ fradulent transaction. The money is in their hands from both sides. They seem to be in no hurry to remediate. CFPB and FTC should look into this company.

They have no competition. I’ve tried various different payment processors, Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal… and the list goes on, but FanBasis is in a league of their own. Their customer support replies in seconds. Carter has been a huge help with everything. Carter onboarded me, got me setup real quick and whenever I have any questions, he responds instantly. Their whole team is insanely good at what they do. But not just that, they let you take payment with anything including Apple Pay, google pay, after pay and even cash app. They’ve never held my funds once irrespective of how big the amount was. I sound like they paid me to say this, but I honestly have never had a better experience than this.

The absolute best payment processor I’ve ever used. Seamless onboarding process, great customer services, very user friendly backend and so many more great things I could say about them. I love it.
