The aftercare was also fantastic, if we had any teething problems, they were rectified immediately. Telescopic air vent reinstated
We had this company out to reinstate 5 telescopic air vents under my property as I had a bad smell coming into the property as the vents were blocked, they reinstated 2 out of 5 vents with some lame excuses not to do the others,I’m still living with the same problem, had to get all their mess cleaned up too.steer clear from these if you want a legitimate, I messaged your company on the 16th may 2026,I had no reply off yourselves at all until I put an works carried out!!!,this work I was told was told the work at my home was organised by a chartered serveyors company.??😩 as above I’m still having a problem at my property,I was informed by my landlord that they will be reinstating the telescopic air vents which go under my home at the front and rear,then also fit adequate drainage to the front and rear,a chartered Servey then organised this work(so I’m told) by my landlord to which only a third of this work has been carried out,after this work was carried out and the contractors left, I was left with steps and ramps which were a danger to myself and caused me an injury as there was no handrails fitted neither which I forgot to put in the review last time, I messaged Crs energy to see when they were coming back out to my home to put things right and make it safe with not even a reply off them.im disgusted with the way these works have gone on,they should be able to show you photos of the finished work.i have a disability and the pathway at the rear should be all flat as I also told Crs.they just wouldn’t listen to me.I messaged Crs on the 16 may 2026 to which I had no reply,I put a genuine review on trust pilot to make things clear, now it seems you feel like contacting myself 2 and half months down the line,that’s odd?

We have reviewed the work order, operative records and completion photographs relating to this visit.
CRS was formally instructed to reinstate two telescopic vents at the property. We were not instructed or authorised to reinstate five vents. The two vents included within our approved scope of works were completed, as recorded in the project documentation and completion photographs.
The remaining vents, drainage works and any wider alterations to the access arrangements were outside CRS’s authorised scope. Our operatives cannot undertake additional work without a formal instruction from the landlord or its appointed representative.
Our records and completion photographs do not support the claim that the work area was left in a mess. Any concerns regarding the wider design, access arrangements or additional works required at the property must be raised with the landlord or appointed chartered surveyor responsible for specifying and authorising the works.
It is also incorrect to state that CRS has ignored you. We have made several attempts to contact you using the details available to us, but we have not received a response.
We understand that you remain dissatisfied with the wider ventilation issue. However, any work outside our original instruction must be assessed and formally authorised by the relevant organisation.
Please respond to our attempts to contact you so that we can discuss the concerns raised and clarify the scope of work CRS was instructed to complete.

As a homeowner you often have people in to fix things and I can honestly say this company is exceptional. From the initial approach through to completion everything was carried out in a friendly, respectful and professional way from the initial survey, admin office through to the fitters who carried out the work. I knew about the scheme through a friend that had a letter through the post, I applied but was not expecting to be be successful, as previously I had applied to several companies without success. I had a positive experience with this company.
The assessment process took a while but I thought that was a good thing because they were being sure that no mistakes were made. The installation was seamless as was the electrical work to fit extractor fans .
I was happy with the administration team and understood what to expect.
